Die Wohnung befindet sich im Zentrum von Menton, genau 20 Meter vom Meer entfernt in einem kleinen typischen Gebäude, ganz in der Nähe aller Geschäfte. Vom Balkon blickt man auf die belebte Fußgängerzone. Sie besteht aus einem schönen Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett (king size 160x200) und einem Kleiderschrank, einem großen Wohnzimmer mit einem grünen Schlafsofa (140x200), dem Esstisch, der Anrichte und der Kochnische. Ein schönes Badezimmer mit Dusche, WC und Waschmaschine, Klimaanlage warm und kalt. Kostenloses Internet und TNT. Wir haben ein Babybett zur Verfügung. Ein Sonnenschirme und 2 Strandmatratzen stehen zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock (40 Stufen von 10 cm.) und ist sehr leicht zu besteigen. Es gibt genügend gebührenpflichtige Parkplätze ganz in der Nähe des Hauses und genügend kostenlose Parkplätze in der Rue de la Marne und Rue De Gréville (5 Minuten zu Fuß) von der Wohnung entfernt. In 50 Metern Entfernung bietet die Tiefgarage "Hôtel de Ville" sehr interessante Pauschalangebote. Zum Ein- und Ausladen Ihres Gepäcks können Sie Ihr Auto in der Rue Honorine 50 Meter vom Gebäude entfernt parken.

A wonderful property just on the edge of the old town, close to the beach and lots of restaurants. Well equipped. We appreciated the beach equipment.We managed some long hikes over our weekend stay and found the location perfect.

Great location, very helpful host

Charming quiet apartment in historic Menton, close to shops, restaurants and the French Riviera, with a very helpful and responsive host, Adriana. We’ll equipped kitchen annd air conditioner in the summer heat a definite plus. Though no parking on site, there are paid parking close by. Would highly recommend.

Perfect Location!

Charming apartment in the perfect location. My husband and I stayed for one week in Menton and we couldn’t have stayed at a more inviting, lovely with everything could possibly need in this apartment. One block from the beautiful Mediterranean Sea, plenty of shops and history. The apartment had everything you could possibly need. Our host explained everything in detail and was very accommodating to us, especially when we needed to stay an extra night because the trains had shut down due to an accident and we missed our Nice connection. Will definitely stay again.

Charming Italian Host

Adriana greeted us with true Italian hospitality. She was very cheerful and attentive. The apartment is tastefully decorated and clean, and she has taken care to equip it with guests in mind (such as providing beach towels and chairs). She gets five stars. The only reason we give the place four stars is that there is some street noise and the neighbors have young children who are pretty noisy. But if you want an Old Town location with a friendly host, this is a great choice.

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. Adriana was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. The apartment was very well equipped and we wanted for nothing with plenty of tea/coffee/cleaning supplies etc provided for our stay. The apartment was superbly located. The proximity to the beach is within a stones throw with a short walk to arrive on the spectacular beach. Adriana had provided beach mats, beach towels, parasols and chairs which we used throughout our stay. It was these thoughtful touches that made our experience more enjoyable in Menton. The area was superb and we particularly loved the fusion between Italian and French and the influence this had on food, architecture and language. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the world go by. Menton is very well placed and without a car we did not find this a limitation and used public transport with ease. We visited many places, mostly using the bus which we found more enjoyable as we got to see more of the locality. We also took the bus back directly to the airport, which for us we found more straightforward than the train and for the same price. We will definitely visit again and without question, will come back to this apartment.

Absolutely perfect little pied à terre in Menton

Adriana's apartment in central Menton is an absolute gem. Located in a beautiful old building (around 1880s), it was the perfect place to stay for a short break in Menton. The apartment is literally 30 seconds walk from the beach, and situated on one of the main shopping streets, a stone’s throw from the Basilica of St Michel and Plage les Sablettes. The apartment is just amazing – it was spotlessly clean, fantastically organised, and beautifully decorated with a hand-painted floral mural (the Flowers) on one wall, a little balcony with comfy seats overlooking the street, and fab air conditioning. Adriana has thought of everything. Literally everything you could need. We flew in with only hand luggage, and Adriana had not only thought to provide us with beach towels, but there were also padded beach mats to use too! It was so thoughtful, and typical of the way she really cares about her guests. Within a 2 min walk are fantastic little supermarkets and fruit stalls, which are ideal for grabbing breakfast, and surrounding the building are numerous alleyways packed with wonderful creperies, pizzerias and typical French and Italian restaurants. I would highly recommend ‘Flowers Wall’ apartment if you want to visit Menton. If you’re flying in, the train station is only a 10 min walk across town, with direct connections to Nice, Nice airport, Monaco, Cannes, and all the south-of-France resorts. It made it all so easy. But the real gem is Adriana herself. Thank you!

Josie and her daughter are very nice, sweet, and appreciative of the details that make the “Flowered Apartment” a most comfortable and convenient place to stay while in Menton. It’s edifying to host persons who arrive, ready to fully embrace all the charms of Menton; and the particular characteristics that set Menton apart from the other French Riviera towns. . . It was a great pleasure to host this Mother and Daughter. They made communication very easy, and I’d recommend them to everyone.

Dieses kleine Appartement liegt genau an der Fußgängerzone in Menton und zu Fuss ist alle sehr gut erreichbar. Wir haben das Appartement sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet vorgefunden. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr angenehm und wir haben uns alle samt der Fellnasen sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir würden und werden hoffentlich dieses Appartement jederzeit wieder anmieten. Super Urlaub in der schönen Ferienwohnung

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung gehabt. Die beiden Vermieterinen waren super nett!!! Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liegt auch sehr nah an dem Strand und an vielen Geschäften (u.a. Carrefur, Uexpress). Es gibt auch viele nette Restaurants in der Nähe. Es war sehr warm, aber zwei Ventilatoren haben uns die warme Nächte bisschen kühler gemacht. Vielen lieben Dank! Wir kommen wieder! Grazie mille! Tante belle cose! A rivederci! Veronika und Sergey

L'appartamento è situato in una posizione centralissima , così comoda alla spiaggia, ai negozi e ai divertimenti che la rende un posto perfetto per godere di bellissimo mare di Menton. Ho intenzione di installare un condizionatore per migliorare il soggiorno dei miei ospiti. Per la prossima stagione ci saranno anche altre novità. Grazie Veronika e Sergey, ospiti meravigliosi, educatissimi e molto puliti, ospiti che raccomando caldamete a tutti coloro che avranno la fortuna di incontrarli!!!

Excellent place, lovely host: A++ would come back again!

This was sort of a last minute booking. As I was driving, my ETA wasn't exactly clear, but Adriana made sure to be there when I arrived. She's a super nice lady and explained everything to me about the place. The place if pretty amazing! It's very nice and cozy, and I felt just like at home! She was also very flexible about the checkout time. Thank you again for everything!

"Devo proprio dire che io e mia figlia ci siamo trovate veramente bene in questo alloggio,per tanti motivi: -intanto per l''ubicazione,proprio all''inizio della via pedonale,con i suoi colori,i suoi negozi,bella da percorrere ogni mattina per raggiungere la spiaggia e tranquilla,visto che non ci passano le macchine.Gli unici a far rumore sono gli addetti alla spazzatura e al lavaggio strada,ma al secondo giorno non li sentivamo nemmeno più -Carrefour praticamente a 10 metri da casa per la spesa quotidiana -alloggio confortevole,pulito,forse un po'' piccola la camera da letto,ma più che sufficiente per noi che eravamo in due -attrezzature più che sufficienti per un soggiorno di vacanza Insomma 5/5 su tutta la linea!!L''unico dubbio per tornarci il prossimo anno riguarda il fatto che è al 2° piano senza ascensore e noi avremo una bimba piccola con tutte le sue cose! Bellissimo appartamento con tutti i comfort di casa, molto ben situè ha entrée la strada pedonale, con accesso a tutta la ristorazione un centinaio di metri dal mare e hanno la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto in un parcheggio vicino al Souterain Sindaco e un centinaio di metri dall 'appartamento che era felice e tutto questo ha un prezzo, non possiamo trovare in belgio Alberto Ponassi Magnifique appartement avec tous le confort souhaité , très bien situé a l’entrée de la rue piétonnière avec accès a tous les restaurant et commerce a une centaine de mètre de la mer et avoir la possibilité de garer sa voiture dans un parking souterrain près de la Mairie et a une centaine de mètre de l'appartement nous avons étais très content et tous ceci a un prix que nous ne pouvons trouver en Belgique Albert Ponassi

The apartment is very good situated: really couple of meters to the beach, on the pedestrian street in the heart of the town, max 200 meters to the Carrefour and max 200 mt to the market - very convenient. If you are travelling with the small kids it is also very good: karousel is appr.150mt away, playground for kids is near the beach - so a lot of things to do there as a couple and as a family with small kids. In the apartment we had everything we needed for a cooking. Also at the market there is a grill paultry and different grill sausages at very reasonable price. The old town itself is also very nice, the bus stop quite close, the train station is also on a walking distance (about 15-20 minutes to go), so we didn't need to rent a car. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment to the friends! Thank you, Licia, once again:)

L'appartamento è in una posizione centralissima e vicina all'arrivo sia dei treni che degli autobus provenienti dall'aeroporto di Nizza. Questo permette a chi arriva da ogni parte del mondo di poter godere di una vacanza speciale con la propria famiglia sulla famosissima Cote d'Azur. Menton inoltre unisce le particolarità di un soggiorno al mare alle comodità di una cittadina. In piena estate o fuori stagionequi è possibile trascorrere un periodo di relax e divertimento.
