Our 17m² ground-floor studio, newly renovated, is the perfect Parisian pied-à-terre, right in the heart of the city!

This charming and bright space, featuring exposed antique beams and two double-glazed windows, is ultra-functional—ideal for solo stays or couples.



The living area includes a high table with stools, a double bed, closets, and a kitchenette (refrigerator, electric cooktop, microwave). Finally, the shower room is equipped with a vanity, WC, and washing machine.
