The villa, built and finished to a high standard, is set over 2 floors.
Access via the main door is to the living area, with comfortable sofas,
kitchen area, dining area and beautiful shaded terraces. A double
bedroom and a shower room are also located on this level.
Stairs lead up to 3 further bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin and 1 single)
and a family bathroom. The rooms open onto beautiful terraces offering
panoramic views to the sea.

terrace.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
