Allegra Seven A luxurious modern 2 bed en-suite property in prestigious Kömürlük

Allegra Seven is in the Kömürlük area of Kalkan which is considered to be the most prestigous area in the locality. There are mostly large villas here with only a few apartments. The Allegra apartments are perfectly situated high up next to the road which which gives them commanding views across the bay. From our balcony you have a fantastic vista including uninterrupted views of the sea, Mouse and Snake islands, Kalkan bay, the harbour and the town. The views from the huge infinity pool below are also similarly beautiful.
From the apartment there are just a few steps up to the road where a leisurely 10 minute stroll along the flat road, (with great views as you walk along), will take you into the town centre. (This is unusual as a large proportion of properties in Kalkan involve climbing or descending steep hills).
Even closer than the town there are 3 beach clubs nearby, (Zest, Palm Beach and Denizim), where you can swim safely in the sea, enjoy watersports or just relax, eat, drink and be pampered by the staff.
Since we bought the property we have completely redecorated and furnished it throughout in a modern style and made sure it has everything you need for your holiday. All three air-conditioned rooms are large and the two bedrooms are separated by the spacious living room in between so everyone should get a good night's sleep! Both bedrooms have their own modern on-suite facilities.
If you want to cook and eat in, the kitchen is fully equipped including a cold water dispenser and even an air fryer; there is a barbecue available down by the pool.
