Mit über 120 m2 privater Dachterrassen auf zwei Ebenen, die mit 6 Sonnenliegen, Ess- und Loungemöbeln ausgestattet sind, können Sie nur entscheiden, wo Sie sitzen oder sich sonnen möchten. Nur 9 Unterkünfte des Han Inn-Komplexes teilen sich den schönen 185 m² großen Pool inmitten üppiger, gewachsener Gärten. An absolutely fabulous apartment with everything we needed for our 2-week stay. It's in an excellent location within 5-10min walking distance of all the lovely restaurants & bars in Kalkan Old town. Communication with Bridget was first-class throughout. I would have no hesitation in recommending "The Terrace" if you're looking for a great holiday in beautiful Kalkan.

Wonderful stay at The Terrace!! Ideally situated for access to the supermarkets and the bakery for fresh bread every morning. A few minutes walk to the town and the many restaurants. Two fabulous terraces with plenty of room to sunbathe and all day sun! Great pool area that was quiet for the whole of our stay and often had it to ourselves. Facilities within the apartment was more than adequate. Well stocked crockery/cutlery and top grade appliances. The cleaner that came at the end of each week was amazing and so thorough in her cleaning. The best we’ve experienced. We would return.

Really Nice Apartment

This is a lovely apartment in a small complex with a pretty shared pool area. It is close to bars, restaurants and supermarkets and is an easy walk to Kalkan town beach. With everything to hand and taxis easily available, we didn't need a car and had a very relaxing holiday!

The apartment is great with two lovely terraces to hang out on. A big pool area, spacious and quiet. The location is hugely convenient with supermarkets and banks nearby. Only a short walk to the old town. I would recommend this property!

Superb stay at The Trrrace

The Terrace at The Han Inn was a superb property. We had the use of the lovely large pool to ourselves most of the time with sun beds available. The best thing of all was the stunning outside space. Two roof terraces with the best views of the mountains & sea. Apartment very well equipped and Bridget was so helpful letting us have early access and promptly answering any questions. Would love to stay there again.

This is a beautiful apartment, very clean and very comfortable and in a great location. We loved the pool area and the peace and quite in the garden even though it's right in the town centre. We'd love to return here again! Lots of restaurants and supermarkets on the doorstep for when it's too hot to walk into town at lunch time. Thank you Bridget for giving us a lovely stay in your apartment. Transfers were great too, very profesional.

Turkish Delight!

Having read the previous reviews there is not much I can add, just endorse all the comments. This is a superb holiday apartment with everything you could possibly need and all in pristine condition. As we had previously stayed at Pembe Ev and met Bridget we knew we wouldn't be disappointed with The Terrace, but this exceeded our expectations. Fantastic views, both sea and mountain, so much space and easy access to restaurants and shops. A wonderful place to relax and unwind.

A fabulous apartment

We have holidayed in Kalkan many times as like many others the place holds a special place in our hearts. We are so pleased to gave chosen to stay at The a Terrace - a fantastic apartment, newly refurbished, well furnished, spotlessly clean, with wonderful outdoor areas, fabulous views (particularly from the upper terrace) and in a great location - close enough to everything but at the same time wonderfully secluded and peaceful. What more could anyone want or need. Having two separate and large terraces and two bathrooms means that it is also ideal for couples wanting to share whilst allowing space. We highly recommend this accommodation and we won't hesitate to book again.

Second visit

This was our second visit to The Terrace and everything was still as perfect as it was last year. The property is very well maintained and was spotlessly clean when we arrived. It felt like home again and in fact we had been counting down the days since our last visit as we all loved the property and town so much! The town was a little quieter than last year but it was still busy in the restaurants and bars. We all felt completely safe and at ease. The complex where The Terrace is was also quieter than last year but this suited us just fine, it was so peaceful and we just came and went as we pleased! All in all another wonderful stay at The Terrace. I can't recommend this property and the town of Kalkan enough.

Location Too Noisy

The property is in a very central location. However, this means there is a lot of road noise. In addition, it is next to a small builder depot and there is constant revering and beeping when the forklift is loading and unloading lorries. There was also a dog in an adjacent garden 24*7 who would bark frequently, day or night. It’s a shame as everything else was great, the apartment and contents all excellent quality, we just did not get any peace.

Hi Andy. I am really disappointed that you did not raise any of these issues with me during your stay but have posted them here on your departure. We had whatsapp contact during your visit. As you know end of April is still pre summer season in Kalkan and building work is still allowed. Hence the deliveries from the nearby builders depot. I cant comment about the dogs but if they are owned animals it would be possible to raise this issue with their owners. Perhaps if you visit again come in the main season when things are more settled and there is no extra traffic or noise from construction works.

Fantastic apartment

The apartment is immaculate , spotlessly clean and the best equipped we have ever stayed in . The location is ideal for walking into the town for restaurants as they are minutes away . It is easy to get a taxi at the harbour at the end of the evening if you do not want to walk . Cost is just over 5tl . The apartment is very spacious and the two terraces are lovely to use . The pool was very often empty and is large so does not feel crowded when others do use it which didn't happen often during our stay as often had it to ourselves . Bridget and her husband were so helpful when our son had an ear ache Sakir went to the pharmacy and got us the drops on a Sunday above and beyond what we would have expected . It is great to have owners who you can go to if needed . The other bonus is the water cooler which takes away any hassle of getting water . The town of Kalkan is lovely with very welcoming Turkish people . The boat trips are so worth doing as a great day out at such a reasonable price . There are so many restaurants we did not have a bad meal once . Would certainly come back to Kalkan and stay at the Terrace , best apartment we have ever rented . Thank you Bridget and Sakir .

Superb apartment in an amazing resort

We had a fantastic week at the Terrace apartment at the beginning of May 2017. From the very start of the booking process to receiving our breakages deposit return, Bridget made the whole process very easy. The set up is very professional and Bridget kept in touch via WhatsApp or text the whole time. She very kindly arranged our airport transfers too. As there were no incoming guests in our departure day, she also allowed us to check out of the apartment late as we had an evening flight home. The apartment itself is lovely. It is very clean and well maintained - many things looked new. The furnishings are modern and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable with good quality bedding & linens. I was pleasantly suprised to find good quality pillows, rather than the cheap lumpy ones often found in holiday rental properties. The bathrooms, whilst a little snug, were appointed to a high standard with nice powerful showers and plenty of towels. The kitchen had new appliances and everything we needed for the few meals we made at the apartment. The real stars of the apartment are the two wonderful terraces. The terrace that leads off the living area is very well furnished with a table & chairs and several comfortable sun loungers and the roof terrace has a complete set of sofas, cofffe table & more sun loungers. We spent most of our time on the terraces, which have great views and also caught any breeze to be had, which was most welcome in the heat. The views from the terraces are really very good, especially at night when the whole of Kalkan is lit up around you. The apartment has a shared pool in the garden below. The pool is quite large, clean and again there are plenty of sun loungers available. As the pool is only shared by a few apartments I should imagine it is fairly quite, even in the busy high sumner period. The location of the apartment is exceptionally good as it is right in the centre of town, only a 5 minute walk into the old town and less to bars, restaurants and supermarkets. You really do not need to hire a car! As the apartment is located in a side street, off the main road, it is very quiet. Kalkan offers everything you need for a perfect holiday. We found a gym with Pilates & spinning classes! The restaurants are varied and offer some excellent dining. I would highly recommend The Terrace Apt and Kalkan and hope to return in the future. An oasis of calm

Just back from a lovely break in Kalkan. The apartment is gorgeous with amazing views, beautiful grounds and pool. It is very clean with good appliances, tastefully decorated and was a real treat to stay in. Such a great location close to the centre of Kalkan but peaceful and relaxing. All communications were very prompt and helpful, much appreciated. Highly recommend.

Such a lovely apartment , the terraces were so spacious with excellent views of the town and sea .The apartment is in such a good location , such an easy walk into town and also very easy to walk to at the end of the evening ! Wonderful!

Just loved this apartment! It has it all - quality appliances, comfortable beds, spacious living area, superbly equipped kitchen, but the outside space really is the star of the show - the hardest decision is which terrace to relax on! Amazing week at ‘The Terrace’

had a wonderful early spring week staying in ‘The Terrace’ in Kalkan. Kalkan was slowly opening up for the season and the weather was warm and sunny. This was my second visit to Kalkan. The first time I stayed in the Old Town but this time chose to stay at ‘The Terrace’ which is a leisurely 5 minute walk into the old town or down to the harbour. I really enjoyed the peaceful location of the apartment while still having everything on my doorstep. You can pop next door to the bakers for beautiful Turkish breads or if you want you breakfast cooked for you then head to ‘Ada Patisserie’. A short walk up the road you will find ‘Saliha Sultan Pastanesi’ which has the most beautiful cake selection. Also the Atlantis Turkish Bath & Spa is a 2 minute walk away – an essential experience for anyone before starting their holiday! ‘The Terrace’ gave me everything I needed in a home away from home – very comfortable bed, great bed linen, a good shower and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need. The outside terrace space is amazing and for the sun worshippers among you, you can get 12 hours of sun a day. The upstairs terrace is great for unwinding with a cold glass of something and watching the amazing sunsets. If I could I would rebook for September but unfortunately the apartment is already taken! Thank you Bridget for a wonderful experience from start to finish.

Just perfect!

It is difficult to find something new to say about Bridget and her beautiful property.This is a fantastic apartment in an ideal position, which is equipped with everything you could possibly need. The shared garden and pool area are just lovely and extremely peaceful and so well maintained. However, even more than all this are the incredible 360 degree views from the top terrace, best enjoyed alone first thing in the morning, or with company and a glass of wine in the evening. Just can't be bettered! We have visited Kalkan many times but were only lucky enough to find this apartment 2 years ago and it is simply perfect. From the very first contact with Bridget, she is efficient and helpful ,organising transfers, assisting with queries,even an excellent information pack for new visitors.On this last occasion Bridget also supplied an excellent travel cot and high chair for our young grandson. Revisiting the property photos today, my family and I can't wait to be back!

First Class

Fabulous property, very close to the old town but set in a secluded garden with a super-sized swimming pool. The apartment was laid out really well with everything you would need for a self catering stay. Nothing was too much trouble for Bridget who responded to requests in a timely manner and provided a lovely welcome pack, pool towels and turkish towels for use during our stay. The pool was never full even though it is shared with 10 other properties on the complex and the gardens are well maintained and look beautiful. Looking forward to coming back next year.

The Terrace apartment belongs to us and we purchased it simply because of its totally unique character and fantastic location. The Han Inn complex is not that well known even to regular Kalkan visitors. A small development of 9 apartments surrounding a large 180m2 pool and complemented by mature gardens to create a hidden oasis in the heart of the town.

The Terrace apartment is on the top floor and has over 120m2 of private terraces on two split levels affording panoramic town, mountain and sea views. It is inspiring, private and at the same time ultimately convenient. Only 2 minutes walk from shops, restaurants, banks and supermarkets. Completely gutted and renovated in 2014 the Terrace is proving popular with couples on their own, couples together and small families.
