We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment in Kalkan. It is ideally situated on the edge of the old town, only a short walk to cafes, restaurants and supermarkets.The apartment was perfect; very comfortable, clean and the kitchen well stocked with the basics. The setting of the balcony overlooking the pool was lovely.We can highly recommend this apartment and will choose it again when returning.

Lovely stay in Kalkan perfect location.

Very comfortable apartment walking distance to town, harbour, bars & restaurants. Fully equipped with everything you’d need large balcony with quality furniture. Excellent communication with owner detailed & helpful information. Throughly enjoyed our stay will definitely return.

Comfy stay in Kalkan

This was our first time visiting Kalkan, we found the apartment spacious, very comfortable and well equipped. It has great proximity to the centre and beach. So many restaurants to choose from and the locals are very friendly and helpful. The apartment is in beautiful surroundings, especially the pool area. The owner Jane, kept us up to date regarding airport transfers, which she kindly arranged for us and also provided comprehensive instuctions to aide our stay in her beautiful apartment.

Fabulous apartment

Just enjoyed great 2 weeks in Kalkan staying at "Zeytin", and Jane couldn't have been more helpful, right from day 1. One of the best hosts we've worked with. The apartment location, just 5-10 walk into all the great restaurants and shops in the old town, was perfect. The apartment has everything you need, and is exactly as described. Highly recommended.

Property was very nice and clean all good..except for cats running everywhere on this site and loads of barking dogs day and night...the problem being people on the mediterranean site feed these animals..out side the front of the apartment a dog slept day and night dog biscuits all over the front area.plus the dogs howling at night all night..

Perfect location & friendly neighbours

Having been to Kalkan before I was looking for somewhere that was a bit closer to the restaurants, bars & beach clubs without being somewhere noisy and surrounded by other people. This was the perfect location! Close enough to pop to the shops for groceries, and very easy walk down to everything else. No need for any taxis, even back up the hill! The apartment was clean and had everything you could need for your stay there. There was not a single day where the pools were busy and I often had the smaller one to myself. All the other people staying at the complex were very friendly and shared recommendations. As a solo traveller, I found it safe and welcoming and very convenient. Jane was very responsive to all my questions and has created a lovely home for you to visit.

Super apartment, great location

We had a great two week holiday in this apartment. It’s very well equipped, spotlessly clean and has nice views of Kalkan bay and the pool from the balcony. Location is excellent being only five minutes walk to Kalkan centre. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Best located apartment in Kalkan

Our holiday was great from the minute we booked. Jane’s communication was fantastic, she organised our transfers, allowed us to check out late on the last day and replied to all of our emails quickly. The apartment is perfect for a couple. The location is second to none, I have stayed in. Kalkan before and although there are some nice villas on the other side of the bay, there is nothing more convenient than walking to and from all of the lovely restaurants. Lovely pool, guaranteed sun bed every morning if you want one. Apartment is nice and quiet. I can’t recommed Zeytin highly enough. Thank you Jane!

Perfect location, well maintained, just right for us

Just got back from the most wonderful week in Kalkan. The apartment is perfect, just right for 2. The pool and shared areas are beautifully maintained, and the neighbours are very friendly and helpful. Jane was also helpful with all correspondence before we went. This was our 7th trip to Kalkan in 12 years, but 1st as a couple without our grown up kids, and 1st time out of season. Kalkan is still magical, fantastic choice of restaurants, and the locals are very friendly. We shall be returning!

Fab Location and Apartment

Great apartment in a fabulous location close to shops, restaurants and harbour. Really well presented, clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed including free internet and aircon. Lovely balcony overlooking pool and sea. Booking process was very straightforward and professional. Jane organised our airport transfers with Brave Tours, all very efficient. Local manager was also on hand in Kalkan to answer any queries. Would highly recommend and hope to visit again. Thank you.

Super apartment on lovely complex

We spent a wonderful,week in this lovely apartment. It is in excellent position, near to the town but far enough away to be totally peaceful. The apartment itself is very comfortable and furnished with every possible comfort, with a lovely balcony overlooking one of the 5 pools. Jane arranged a very efficient taxi transfer for us. Everything was perfect. Can highly recommend.

Fabulous

Have just spent 2 weeks in this fabulous apartment, and it was everything we thought it would be. The description was very accurate. It is kept beautifully clean, with lovely furnishings, and one thing I have to add is, the bed is extremely comfortable. The transfer worked very well. I would like to say, thank you Jane for letting us spend two great weeks in your apartment, in this lovely resort. I would certainly recommend this apartment to anyone. I hope I have the opportunity to stay here again very soon.
