Villa Miranda is a new, exciting, detached villa with private pool beautifully located in the area of Potamos, a quiet residential suburb of Corfu Town: the perfect base to explore this beautiful island starting from a central and privileged position. With 4 bedrooms, tastefully furnished interiors, extensive private gardens, and the added bonus of a refreshing private swimming pool, Villa Miranda can sleep up to 8 guests and will surprise even the most demanding guests for its style, character and attention to the details. Inside, Villa Miranda is set over 3 floors and has been carefully designed to offer space and freedom to families, couples or group of friends. The lower floor, at pool level, comprises an attractive fully equipped kitchen with adjoining dining area and TV set, a charming double bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub + hydromassage shower over. Stairs lead up to the first floor, where the main living area is located. Beautifully lit and tastefully fitted with antique pieces mixing with modern technologies, the living area includes comfortable sofas, a flat screen TV, a large dining table for all the guests and a second, fully equipped kitchen together with a useful WC. The upper floor includes 3 further bedrooms, all modernly furnished. 2 bedrooms feature double beds while the third bedroom has bunkbeds (small – french size – double bed below and single bed above). On request, prior booking, an extra 9th guest (child up to 12 years old) can be accommodated in the property making use of this bedroom. The bedrooms share a large family bathroom with bathtub + shower over located on this floor. Extensive terraces open onto the outside providing views over the garden and the pool. For the comfort of the guests, the whole villa is air-conditioned (included in the rental price).Outside, Villa Miranda is a little heaven of greenery just a few km away from the lively Corfu Town. Manicured gardens, spacious paved terraces, comfortable furnishing, and a sparkling private pool will make outdoor living a true delight. The private pool, measuring 20sqm and 1.5m deep, is lit at night and features comfy sunbeds and parasols. Access is via Roman Steps. A poolside conservatory, with sliding glass doors, is the perfect complement for all seasons amusement. For the lovers of outdoor dining, a poolside kiosk with brick-built barbecue and oven is available, together with a large dining table. Off street parking (free of charge) is available on site. IMPORTANT: Being the property located in a quiet, residential neighborhood, no parties are allowed on the premises and to respect the neighbors Greek quiet hours outside the villa go from 2pm to 5pm and from 11pm to 8am.NOTES: Air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, maid service twice a week, change of hand/bath towels twice a week and change of bed linen once a week are included in the rental rates. A security refundable deposit for damages (euros 300 in total) is required on arrival and refunded at the end of the stay.GREEK STAY TAX (climate resilience tax): euro 15 per villa per night not included in the rental rate and payable locally.
