Unterhalb des alten Dorfes Pelekas gelegen bieten beide Villen atemberaubende Aussicht aufs Meer. Alle drei Schlafzimmer, die Küche und der Wohnzimmerbereich teilen diese Aussicht mit Blick über die Infinity-Pools (10 x 5 m). Beide Villen sind vollständig nach hohem Standard ausgestattet und komfortabel eingerichtet. Alle Räume verfügen über komplette Klimaanlage und alle Schlafzimmer haben Ensuite-Badezimmer mit einer zusätzlichen Toilette zwischen Wohnzimmer und Hauptschlafzimmer. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über einen eigenen Balkon und die beiden anderen Schlafzimmer haben französische Fenster, die auf die Terrasse am Pool führen. Beim Pool gibt es eine Pergola, die Schatten spendet und einen Außenessbereich mit Platz für 6 Personen bzw. für eine größere Gruppe, wenn die Gäste beider Villen gemeinsam essen möchten. Es stehen Haartrockner, Bügelbrett und -eisen sowie Wäscheständer zur Verfügung.

The villa is truely stunning, both indoor and outdoor space. Both John and Makis were so helpful and great hosts. The area the property is located in is very peaceful and the views over the sea are incredible. We as a family had a wonderful stay and would recommend the villa to others. We would recommend a car in order to travel to main supermarkets on the island and any beach trips. Thank you so much for an amazing stay, we will would love to return!

Beautiful spacious villa and pool, with home from home feel and beautiful views. Ideal for our family with teenage daughters they had the downstairs bedrooms both en-suite. Location is central to everything you need, with a five minute drive to Pelekas village. Hosts were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. There is a villa right next door and we felt lucky that it was empty on the week we were there as we had the peace and quiet we were hoping for.

Lovely villa, we all had a good time. Family friendly and very helpful local contacts to sort out any issues. The narrow entrance road was tricky, especially when meeting large construction vehicles, but we managed!

Beautiful villa in an excellent location; on a quiet road but close to a lovely little town and 10mins from a water park, 20mins from Corfu Old Town - great for seeing the island. The villa was clean and the outdoor area in particular was really lovely - spent several days in the pool and enjoyed the views and outdoor seating etc. We didn’t actually need any help but had support on-hand 24/7 if we did. The villa was cleaned half-way through our 12 day stay with fresh towels and linens. We loved our stay and would certainly return.

Perfect location for a 7 night stay with family. Close to the beach and all other amenities Corfu has to offer. Pelekas village has everything you need, with a selection of fine restaurants and bars. The Villa is very well appointed, a real home from home.

The description on the website hardly does justice to the reality. The villa really is beautiful, very well designed to take advantage of the wonderful setting with amazing views from all areas of the terrace and pool.The large fresh water pool and gardens are immaculately maintained as is the interior of the villa, spotlessly clean and perfectly presented to enhance the obviously carefully selected furnishings.The days lazing around the villa were idyllic and a 20 minute walk into the village in the evening to sample the local wine and food signed off each day beautifully.All in all, it made for a wonderful holiday.

Stay at Pelekas

Ths property was very clean and well equiped, the view from all of the windows and especially the pool were outstanding. We were met on arrival by Makis and his wife Faye who had done a wonderful job of preparing the property for us and were always at the end of the phone when we had questions or needed assisitance. They were very friendly.

Simply wonderful

Things that we (5 adults) would like to call fantastic: - the view - the pool - the equipment - the location - the communication Furthermore, Pelekas is not only a convenient place to reach any other place on the island quite quickly, but also has very good restaurants, shopping facilities and of course warm hospitality. Fabulous villa

We stayed at Villa Phoebe in Pelekas for eight nights and felt we just had to post a review of this wonderful Verbo accommodation . Its location a 10 min walk from the centre of Pelekas town was really convenient and the rooms were very comfortable and each of the rooms with lovely views over the sea. Our host John and lovely caretakers , Makis, Fae and their family were excellent communicators and provided great service with lots of tips of places to visit and the best local restaurants to eat in. They ensured everything we needed was taken care of. We highly recommend booking Villa Phoebe and definitely will try to stay here again next time we return to Corfu.

Perfect spot

My family and I—and by family I mean my wife and college aged daughters with sister and brother in law staying nearby—enjoyed a lovely time. We swam almost every day in the pool. We cooked dinner together eating outside or in depending on how hot it was. Roads are rough getting there, but frankly that’s true of most of the island. Very well located and about 20+ minutes to downtown Corfu. Great location to other beaches and destinations on the island. Hosts were fantastic! Attentive and always available. Had a wonderful time!

Excellent villa

Amazing villa. Well thought out layout, especially if you have teenagers like we do. It meant we could give them a space of their own. The view is amazing. The track leading to the villa should be taken slowly as it's steep in places but it's OK if you are sensible. The house martins were dipping into the pool, and bats at night. There are lots of mosquitos so be prepared but there is a lovely outside covered space to eat and play cards, with fairy lights and the pool lights up at night. Would recommend 👌

Perfect villa

We loved our stay in Villa Phoebe which was so comfortable, well-equipped and in a great location, less than 20 minutes from the airport but wonderfully peaceful with a completely unspoilt, beautiful view. We appreciated the lovely mini toiletries in bathrooms (shampoo, conditioner & shower gel) & some really useful kitchen items. The beds were so comfortable and the pool was fantastic. Mikas took great care of us and communication was so easy. We hired a car but hardly used it as we walked to Pelekas (-10 mins) and used the bus for the Old Town from the stop very close by. Highly recommend Pink Panther in Pelekas for pizza! There are lots of other tavernas close by too. We used Lidl next to the airport for groceries and had a very relaxing stay. We would love to return.

Fabulous villa

We had a wonderful stay at the villa on our first visit to Corfu.Makis was there to greet us and show us around. The fruit basket helped us to be healthy! He was also available for any questions.It was a luxury to have so many bathrooms.The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of storage.We spent most of our time outside of course, the dining area is lovely and we used the BBQ a couple of times.The pool - what a view, the housemartins appreciated it too.As a lover of flowers it was great to have somewhere with so many, the butterflies were happy.At night we could see the stars and passing bats, as well as hearing an owl.We walked up to the village a couple of times, but it was hard work in the sun! Pelekas has a few restaurants, also one of the bakeries had vegan cakes for me.We swam at the local beach, which was not too crowded at the beginning of June.The drive into the main town doesn’t take long if you want to see the sites and have a bigger range of restaurants.Thanks for a relaxing stay.

Truly amazing.

We had the most amazing holiday .Excellent and prompt communication with John the owner re booking and querries.The villa was beautiful , clean and spacious with fabulous views . Our host Makis was so accommodating and always on hand to answer any questions. He and his wife Faye, are very special people who went out of their way to make our holiday memorable. The village Pelekas is authentic as well as beautiful with some great restaurants . We would nip into the village first thing for a coffee and pick up items from the bakery . Ambelonas restaurant - a short drive away is set within a vineyard and served fabulous food and wine . The setting is magical with its sun setting over the vines ( needs booking in advance.) So much to do in this area with the best sunset views possible . A highlight was going to Dolce cafe for the ice cream and spectacular vista . We also went to Aqualand which was a great day out and short drive . The local beaches are great with crystal clear water and quiet spots which we preferred . We would love to return .

This is a truly delightful property. It is spacious and very well maintained. The views are breathtaking. The pool is a good size and has plenty of poolside furniture. The garden and plants were very well maintainedThe agent and his partner were absolutely outstanding. Because of flight delay, we arrived at nearly midnight in a torrential thunderstorm. The outside lights had been left on so that made access so much easier. The agent came round next morning to check we were ok. He provided lots of information about the area. After three days he and his partner came again, cleaned throughout and changed bedding and towels as well as maintaining the pool. Throughout they were friendly and very professional. We have stayed in many villas/ apartments but this villa, its location, its condition and the service provided were in the highest class. An absolute gem.

Wonderful Villa - perfect location

What a great holiday staying in Villa Phoebe – the photos don’t do it justice. The villa is in the perfect quiet location with amazing views of the sea. It is a 5-minute drive to fabulous beaches and Pelekas Village. Pelekas village is really quite special as it is a thriving community and although there are tourists we are in the minority even in July and August. We ate in most of the tavernas all were very good we enjoyed a nightcap at Pelekas Café with boys eating homemade ice-lollies from the bakery and catching up on Wi-Fi. Our favorite restaurant and not to be missed was Ambelonas - just outside of Pelekas on the road to the airport. We drove to the North East coast which only takes around 40 mins and has some very pretty pebble beaches – Agni, Nissaki, Ag Stephanos, Kalami. Corfu town with its stunning architecture is very close and has lots of shops and great restaurants – our favorites were Salto’s and Vesuvio. We were also dragged along to Aqualand and had a surprisingly good time – we were the first to arrive and the last to leave. It is very well laid out with lots of sunbeds, shade and reasonable food and drink. The slides are great fun we had a ride on all – even the Free Fall (80Ft drop). All in all we had a great holiday the villa was very well equipped and felt very homely with wonderfully comfortable beds, a lovely large pool, BBQ, lots of outside seating options and beautifully planted gardens. We shall definitely return – thank you!

Wow

Wir hatten tolle zwei Wochen in Pelekas, in diesem wunderbaren Haus. Seine Lage ist wirklich außergewöhnlich, auch der Infinity-Pool. Am liebsten wären wir gar nicht losgezogen, um noch andere Plätze zu entdecken. Aber dann hätten wir die tollen (Sand-)Strände in der näheren Umgebung verpaßt. Das Haus selbst ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Drinnen wie draußen. Die Beschreibungen sind 100% korrekt. Wenn man einigermaßen gut zu Fuß ist kann man das Ortszentrum vom schönen Ort Pelekas mit seinen kleinen Läden (inkl. Bäckerei) und sehr guten Restaurants in 5 Minuten über einen steilen Pfad erreichen. Ansonsten dauert es nur wenig länger. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Großartig!

Wir waren in den Pfingstferien in der Villa Phoebe und wir können diese nur weiterempfehlen. Die Lage mit Blick auf das Ionische Meer ist großartig. Das kleine Bergdorf Pelekas ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, dort gibt es eine tolle Bäckerei, einen kleinen Supermarkt, nette Cafés und tolle Restaurants. Wir empfehlen vor allem das Pink Panther, hier gibt es leckeres griechisches Essen und für die Kinder Pizza. Die Villa ist sehr großzügig, es gibt mehrere Balkone/Sitzmöglichkeiten, viele Sonnenliegen/Sonnenschirme und der Pool ist ausreichend groß mit wundervollem Blick aufs Meer. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und zu jedem Schlafzimmer gehört ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche/Badewanne. In der Küche ist viel Platz und es gibt ausreichend Geschirr/Besteck. Das Haus wird von einem englischen Ehepaar betreut und sie sind immer erreichbar gewesen und haben sich sofort gekümmert, wenn was war. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief auch prima und schnell. Zu den wunderschönen Stränden von Pelekas und Glyfada braucht man mit dem Auto nur 5-10 Minuten, die Straße zum Haus ist eng, aber gut befahrbar. Bis nach Kerkyra braucht man keine halbe Stunde. Im Dorf können viele Englisch, manche sogar Deutsch. Einziges Manko sind wie überall die Mücken, im Haus sind aber überall Fliegengitter an den Fenstern, am besten zusätzlich Mückenspray einpacken. Wir hatten wirklich eine großartige Zeit in der Villa Phoebe und empfehlen diese gerne weiter! Thank you, John!

Perfekter Urlaub in der Villa Phoebe mit 6 Personen!

Sehr gute Lage mit Blick aufs Meer und in 10-minütiger Entfernung zu Fuß vom entzückenden Bergdorf Pelekas; zu den Stränden fährt man mit dem Auto direkt (touristische schöne Buchten) oder steigt nach einer Autofahrt hinab (paradiesische kleine Buchten). Die Villa ist perfekt und anspruchsvoll ausgestattet sowie sehr gepflegt. Großer Dank an John für das tolle Ambiente, welches bei 6 Erwachsenen keine Wünsche offen lässt (sehr gute Zimmereinteilung, verschiedene Sitzplätze, drei große Bäder, voll ausgestattete Küche, großer und sehr sauberer Pool zur exklusiven Nutzung).
