Exclusive villa with swimming pool, suitable for 9 people in 4 double bedrooms, (one of them with an additional single bed) and 4 bathrooms. At guests' disposal: living room with large dining area and TV, kitchen, living room with working fireplace; outside a large unfenced garden, two terraces with umbrellas, a table for outdoor dining, chairs and sun loungers, a portable barbecue and a wood-burning oven. The property includes 3.5 hectares of olive groves and an archaeological site from the Roman era. The villa is also equipped with air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, wi-fi internet connection, baby bed, high chair and private parking inside the property.

Exteriors and swimming pool
The outdoor spaces extend over an area of ​​3.5 hectares of unfenced and lawned garden with plants, flowers, bushes and majestic cypresses. In the large garden, lower than the level of the house (distant approximately 120 metres), there is the recently renovated in-ground swimming pool, rectangular in shape measuring 18x6 with a depth varying from 1.20 to 2.20 meters with "entrance beach” of approximately 5 sq mt. Around the pool there is a solarium area equipped with sun loungers, an outdoor shower and 5 umbrellas for shade. From here you can enjoy, in total privacy, a fascinating view of the countryside, immersed in nature. In the front of the house there is a terrace, which can be accessed from the dining room and the living room, with two large umbrellas, a table with chairs for outdoor dining, a portable gas barbecue and a wood-burning oven. On the side, at one of the two entrances of the house, there is a smaller terrace which is accessed via 4 steps, with a large umbrella and two sun loungers. All around the house, in the property's grounds, it is possible to take beautiful walks among the olive trees and immerse yourself in history: to the left of the main entrance of the villa, privately owned, is the "Pieve Vecchia", a typical rural religious building, built around the year 1000 using the cistern of a Roman villa as a base. After various restoration interventions, today only guests of the villa can visit this site, but it is not permitted to carry out any type of research or excavation. All outdoor areas are well maintained and cared for. An electric gate leads to the inside of the property where the parking is located.Interior
Villa Pieve Vecchia, built on the foundations of a Roman-era building, has been restored by combining rustic furnishings typical of the place with modern touches that make it very comfortable and with attention to the smallest details. All electrical and water systems are recently installed. The villa (approximately 250 sq mt) is spread over two floors following the slope of the land: the first floor is accessed directly via two entrances. The first, on the side of the house, via 4 external steps, opens onto a floor entirely in parquet to the left of which we find a double bedroom with a working fireplace, leather sofa, safe and private bathroom with bathtub and two sinks, which can be accessed by going down a step; 2 steps lead to a double bedroom with safe, a double bedroom with an additional single bed on a mezzanine floor (accessible via a three-step ladder), a bathroom with shower which is accessed via 4 high steps. Always from the first entrance, on the right, going down 3 steps, we find the second entrance. From here, you can access, via a step, a bathroom with shower (without bidet) and a laundry room (washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board). Via an internal staircase (going down 10 steps) you reach the ground floor consisting of a very well-equipped eat-in kitchen, a large dining room (characterised by ancient mangers) with satellite TV and a living room with a working fireplace. Both the living room and the dining room are characterized by large windows with access onto a panoramic outdoor terrace which leads, with an independent entrance only from the outside, to a double bedroom (with a French bed) with TV, safe, mini-bar, and a bathroom with shower carved into the stone. All the double bedrooms, except the one with a French bed, can be transformed into bedrooms with 2 beds.
