For après-ski drinks, Via Ferrata is perfect with its great beer selection, fire pits, and lively music.
• Outdoor Activities: Montvalezan offers a variety of outdoor activities for all seasons. In winter, enjoy skiing and snowboarding at La Rosière, while summer brings hiking and mountain biking through stunning alpine landscapes. Fees Upon Arrival

• A refundable security deposit of €500 per accommodation is required and will be returned after inspection, provided there is no damage, additional cleaning, or missing items.
• In compliance with local regulations, a daily tourist tax may be applicable during your stay. The rate is subject to change. For precise information based on your dates of stay, please consult the local municipality.

Important Information

• This accommodation is designed for a specific maximum number of guests, which may not be exceeded under any circumstances. Children aged 24 months and older count as full occupants. For everyone's comfort, a maximum of two babies (0–24 months) will be accepted per apartment.

Facilities

• Parking: covered parking available at the residence (charges apply) / Summer: €5/night (20% discount from 8 nights) — parking is paid in summer. Please note: parking is available only by prior reservation (limited spots) and must be booked for the whole stay. Kindly send your license plate number in advance for automatic gate access.
• Electric vehicle charging stations are available at Chalet Alparena (paid service)
• Wellness area (16+): 2 saunas, 1 hammam, whirlpool, deckchairs. Hours: 10 a.m.-12 p.m. / 3:30 p.m.-7:30 p.m. (closed Saturdays).
• Spa Hotel Alparena: pool, sauna, steam room, hot tub, fitness room (free access), and wellness treatments (paid). Open Sunday to Friday, 10 AM–12 PM and 3 PM–8 PM (closed Wednesday and Saturday).
• ROSA Restaurant (Italian cuisine): open from 11:30 a.m.-3:00 p.m. / 6:30 p.m.-10:00 p.m.
• Grocery store: open 7 days a week from 7:30 a.m.-12 p.m. / 5 p.m.-7:30 p.m.
• Precision Ski sports store: open from 8:30 am to 7 pm
• Laundromat: 15 minutes walk away in the village

• Beds made on arrival (except living room bedding). Option not available during the summer season.
• Bathroom linen provided (towels, bath mats).
• Towels and sheets for living room bedding are to be picked up at reception.
• End-of-stay cleaning (except kitchen). Before departure, guests are asked to: empty the dishwasher, take out the trash, clean the oven and the fridge, and remove the bed sheets.
• Cleaning kit (sponges, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, dish soap, and a degreaser).
• Self-service firewood (wood storage at parking level).
• Board games available for rental.


Additional Options

• Pets (dogs & cats only, max 2 per apartment): €12/pet/night — flat rate of €84/pet for stays of 7 nights during the winter season
• Additional kit of towels or sheets: €8 per kit
• Additional kit of cleaning products: €6 (on-site)
• Covered garage of the residence (max. height 1m90 & 2m30 at chalet 4): €77/week / Summer season: €5/night and 20% discount starting from 8 nights. Prior reservation mandatory.
• Electric cars can be recharged at Chalet Alparena for an additional fee.
