The Rental Valley property management company is fantastic. If we return, we would definitely rent through this company. The property itself is lovely - no major issues, it just requires some TLC.

Excellent

This was our first time staying in a place other than a hotel - and we were pleasantly surprised. Everything, from booking to check-out went smoothly, and it allowed for greater freedom than a hotel stay.

We chose this location for my daughter and family because of the close proximity to our rental. The host was very nice and in constant contact with me regarding check-in, etc. The apartment was perfect for them with two young children. Unit was on the first floor which was ideal having a stroller, etc. It was very clean and had A/C which was a huge plus with how hot it was outside. The only difficulty they experienced was the use of hot water. More of user error as they didn't know to turn on hot water heater hours before use. Also location is quit a walk uphill from main shops, etc. which may be difficult for some. We utilized Bolt and Uber frequently. Would highly recommend this rental.

On Arrival the smell of dampness was terrible in the hall way the living room floor was dusty the coffee table and window ledges where dusty the curtains on the windows where dark which made the rooms dirty looking we had no WiFi for the whole of the week wee where told everything was near by which is not true this apartment is on a very steep hill the kitchen and bathroom where clean this apartment needs decorated I was not happy at all there is no view the view looks into a street the windows that look out into the street where dirty and the people above had bed clothes hanging down over the windows I would not recommend this apartment also lights in the kitchen continuously flickering!

The neighborhood was nice and the suite is fairly well equipped. What the listing didn't mention was it is ground floor and the one bedroom is against the building front door, so lots of noise. Walls are paper thin and cars on the cobbles outside is very noticeable with each vehicle. The light as you enter the suite is on motion sensor exclusively, which means if you get up in the night, basically the whole suite is lit up like daytime. Very annoying. I love how they provided 1 roll of toilet paper for 3 people and 12 nights, super helpful.

Very nice stay in Lagos.

We felt like we were at home. We didn't miss anything. It's very good with everything you need. Kitchen also well equipped. Good coffee machine. Nice soft towels in bathroom. The nice thing about the arrangement is that it has been carefully considered what you might need on vacation. The apartment is not far from the beach, old town, grocery store-Lidl nearby. Beautiful views. It is also very important that you are not far from the bus station from which you can go directly to the airport. Irina und Family.
