Welcome to the enchanting Villa Kisla, a three bedroom villa nestled in the heart of Kisla, Kalkan. The villa seamlessly combines authentic charm with contemporary elegance, creating a truly captivating retreat. Villa Kisla was the first villa to be built in Kalkan and the first to have a pool. It was built in 1988 by local architect Ali Nair. In May 2023, a two year total renovation project of Villa Kisla was completed. Whilst the renovation brought the villa up to date for modern day living including being fully air-conditioned indoors, many of its original features have been retained, including the original shaped pool, the Turkish BBQ, the old air conditioning system which involved open window passages, the shape of the house angled to catch the breezes, the fireplaces, the original outside lamps from Italy, and a selection of old artifacts you will find in the basement.

Outside
Villa Kisla boasts a charismatic outdoor space that blends the villas traditional charm with high quality finishes and furnishings. The space is centred around a private pool which is lined with six sun loungers and multiple seating options, including a swing sweat and range of shaded sofas/armchairs, which have been carefully positioned to make the most of Kalkan's glorious sea views and sunsets. A raised al-fresco dining area seating up to 8 invites guests to enjoy meals together and is accompanied by a classic Turkish stone BBQ. A second al-fresco dining area, new for the 2024 season, is a covered area just outside the kitchen seating 6 people, an ideal spot to take a break from the Kalkan sun whilst still enjoying the fresh air and ambience of dining outdoors. Cozy blankets are also provided for those cooler evenings in the in the milder seasons - A comfortable spot no matter the weather or time of day.

Lower ground floor
The lower ground floor has been created as the designated entertainment area with both a cinema and games room for guests to enjoy. The games room is well equipped with a table tennis table, table football, seating, and a cosy corner with board games such as chess. The cinema room has been upgraded for the 2024 season features comfortable armchairs, and a sofa, with plentiful cushions and blankets, facing a large SMART TV on which guests can watch services such as Netflix, Prime and YouTube with their own accounts.

Ground floor
Upon entering the ground floor of Villa Kisla guests are met with an open plan living, dining and kitchen space. The modern kitchen is fully equipped to enable guests to self-cater with a large fridge/freezer, separate ice maker, drinks fridge, 6 ring hob, oven and De Longhi coffee maker, kettle and toaster. A large island provides additional space to prepare meals and seats 3 guests on bar stools. Steps lead down into the living area which comprises two stylish sofas with scattered cushions which are accompanied by a coffee table, a further two chairs and a 'Megaboom' Bluetooth speaker available for guest use.
Doors open out onto the pool terrace from the living space and onto the al-fresco dining area from the kitchen.

First floor
Bedroom 1: A tastefully appointed double bedroom with bedside tables, wardrobe space, an armchair and vanity area. The ensuite bathroom offers both a bath and shower with a view. There is a small unfurnished balcony with sea views.

Bedroom 2: A twin bedroom with two single beds which can be made up as a double if requested, bedside tables, wardrobe space, vanity area and ensuite bathroom. There are spectacular sea views from the bedroom windows.

Second floor
Bedroom 3: The master bedroom is located at the top of the property and features a four poster bed, bedside tables, wardrobe space, an armchair, vanity area and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. This room has access to a large roof terrace where you'll find everything needed for a delightful cocktail watching the sunset - just bring your favorite spirit. The terrace is furnished for comfort and equipped with all the essentials to mix up a refreshing drink. You can also enjoy the roof terrace on a hot sunny day with the addition of the drapes over the terrace. With expansive views stretching out before you, it's the perfect spot to unwind.

Please note that traditional Turkish breakfasts and BBQ lunches or dinners can be arranged at Villa Kisla for an additional charge. There are also two paddle boards available for guests to use. The sea is approximately a 2 minute walk from the villa via Green Beach Club. Pool heating can be arranged for an additional cost, please enquire for further information.
