The Little Seagull

400 m from the beach of Marina di Campo, delightful apartment immersed in the Mediterranean scrub. Quiet location, sheltered and mild climate even in late November. 5 beds, kitchenette, large terrace, partly covered by a pergola: private parking space.
From the terrace you can enjoy the view of the sea and in the height of summer a large maritime pine shades the outdoor space making your stay and relaxation pleasant: in this little corner privacy is absolute!!! In the evening the terrace offers a magnificent space to admire the stars!!!
Below the house you can find a small supermarket, restaurants and pizzerias, the free beach where you can rent dinghies or small motorboats. The equipped beaches offer bars, as well as windsurfing, canoes and pedal boats.

Marina di Campo is a delightful little village full of shops and with a small port from which you can embark on exploratory trips to the southern part of the Island of Elba and the Island of Pianosa. There it is also possible to admire the collection of Locman watches, a company born in Marina di Campo. In the morning, fishermen's boats leave from the port for the fish markets in the area.
Not to be missed is the feast of the Patron Saint, San Gaetano which is held on August 7th with a fireworks display over the sea! You can admire them directly from home!
The town center is about 2 km away, which can be followed on a walk through the pine forest which then opens onto the sea.
In the village it is also possible to rent bicycles, MTBs, including electric ones.
The house is well equipped and comfortable: it consists of a living room divided from the sleeping area by an arch where the curtains create a bit of privacy. From the bed you can enjoy a spectacular view of the bay of Marina di Campo.
The kitchen is developed in a separate space in direct communication with the outside where a built-in table allows you to eat outdoors. On the kitchen side there is an open space where the washing machine is located and a storage unit for brooms and cleaning products. It is a space that communicates with the terrace but remains more secluded, convenient for hanging out the laundry.
To the left of the kitchen there is the bathroom which has a large sink with double drawer for storing your products: the toilet and shower complete the bathroom and a hand shower is available to replace the bidet.
Finally, in front of the bathroom, there is the bedroom with a bunk bed, a ladder that acts as bedside tables for both beds and a wardrobe.

Sheets and towels are not included but you will find the bathroom rug, a rug along the kitchen, paper towels, oil, salt, coffee, sugar, cleaning sponges, dishwashing liquid, pot holders and a kitchen towel.

Outside there is a large terrace with a view of the sea, which you can enjoy from the dining table!! the shower and a small lounge under the pergola with 4 armchairs and a table: two deckchairs complete the furnishings. The key box is also located here to allow guests to access the keys independently.
