The Space:

The accommodation in this contemporary luxury villa in Tuscany is arranged in two separate buildings - a main villa and a separate dependence.



As guests enter the main villa, there is a contemporary living area with modern stone fireplace and smart TV with PlayStation 4. There is also a well equipped kitchen. This has everything even a professional chef could want or need. This includes two induction hobs, two sinks, two dishwashers and two ovens. There is also a microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge and freezer.



A separate dining room provides a wonderful setting to enjoy meals together. There is also a wine cellar. Doors lead from the living room to a large covered terrace furnished with large table and chairs and a seating area with comfortable chairs.



Also on this floor of this contemporary luxury villa in Tuscany is a small gym with Technogym equipment and an indoor pool with jacuzzi.



Upstairs in this contemporary luxury villa in Tuscany there is a second living area with fireplace and chairs. There are also two large bedrooms, both furnished with comfortable king size beds and each boasting its own ensuite bathroom with shower. The master bedroom ensuite also has his and her sinks. A third bedroom on this floor has a queen size bed and ensuite shower room whilst the fourth bedroom has two single beds. It also has an ensuite shower room. All bedrooms have exposed beams and the windows are fitted with mosquito nets.



Up a second flight of stairs is an extremely spacious bedroom. It is furnished with king size bed. It has a large bathroom with both bath tub and shower. It also has a large walk-in wardrobe.



The dependence sits just across from the main villa. The accommodation here is arranged on one level. There is a bedroom here with queen size bed. This is accessible for wheelchair users. It also has a shower room. A separate room in the dependence is furnished with a billiards table and there is also a separate WC.



The exterior of this contemporary luxury villa in Tuscany is just as beautiful as the interior. Surrounded by 160 acres of rolling hills and stunning countryside, it enjoys breathtaking views. Bordered by oaks and cypress trees, the private swimming pool (12m x 6m) is the perfect place to take a dip. Alternatively, simply lie back and relax on one of the loungers that sit alongside it. A covered terrace here is also the perfect spot to enjoy an evening cocktail or apertif. Also in the garden is a BBQ area with ancient wood burning oven, ideal for al fresco dining. Guests are welcome to pick ingredients for their meals from the well tended vegetable garden.



Please note that rates include a daily maid service of 3 hours per day. Towels are changed mid week free of charge. Rates also include A/C and heating costs when required. On arrival guests will be welcomed with a complimentary welcome basket and aperitivo.
