» Please note that you cannot access the street of this apartment by car. Only police, emergency vehicles and cars with an access card are allowed to enter this street.
» If guests lock themselves out of the property or do not return the keys to the lockbox at checkout, a 50 euros fee will apply. If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, an 80 euros fee will apply. In case our team is unable to unlock the door and there is the need for specialized assistance, additional fees will apply.
» Late Check-In Fee: All guests must pay a fee of 25euros for arrivals between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM, paid in cash at check-in
