As you step inside, you are welcomed by an open-plan living and kitchen area, the first bedroom, and a shared bathroom. The living room, with its 32" TV, energy-efficient fireplace, and plush sofa, beckons you to unwind and relax. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring all modern appliances, makes a self-catered holiday seem effortless, while the 6-seater dining table promises delightful meals with your loved ones.


The bedroom features a King-size bed (1,60 x 2,00), a floor-to-ceiling closet, a safe deposit box, and a self-controlled A/C.


Strolling up the stairs, you will find the second bedroom. This bedroom features 2 twin-size beds (0,90 x 2,00) which can be joined together to form a King-size bed, upon request, a closet, a self-controlled A/C, a desk, and direct access to your own private balcony, to admire the mesmerizing views of the natural landscape.



Outdoor area


The exterior of Xagnados offers many facilities including:


- A private, 20 sq.m. swimming pool, 1.30 m deep with step access. The pool can be heated with an additional daily charge (please note that the pool heating can be used for the entire stay and it requires at least one week advance notice).


- The pool area is equipped with 4 sun beds, side tables, a poolside shower, and 2 umbrellas


- BBQ facilities with charcoal grill, a wood oven, a sink, and cupboard space.


- Two outdoor dining areas for 4 guests under a shaded pergola


- An outdoor sitting area


- Garden and lawn-covered area for kids to play


- Parking space for 2 cars inside the villa premises under a shaded canopy.


- The whole Villa is fully fenced and has a gated entrance offering security and full privacy to our guests.
