On the ground floor there is a spacious double living room with fireplace, a dining room with a large table, and a fully equipped kitchen with all modern comforts.

The first level is composed by two double bedrooms overlooking the main terrace and the sea, as well as two bathrooms.

On the second level there is a double bedroom with access to the pool area, two small twin bedrooms with single beds, and one bathroom.

The third level features a large double bedroom with two additional single beds and a bathroom. From this level, there is access to the large upper terrace with beautiful sea views.

The kitchen is equipped with induction hobs, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine and traditional Italian moka pot, citrus juicer, toaster and hand blender.

The covered garage includes an internal laundry area with washing machine, an additional refrigerator and a chest freezer.

The outdoor patio features a dining table seating up to 18 people underneath a wisteria-covered pergola, a barbecue area and a traditional wood-fired oven.
