The main kitchen easily accommodates cooking for a crowd.
Master Suite: The expansive windows of the large, main sitting room and dining room with fireplace is where all can gather. Here 4 can sleep in 2 double bedrooms, each with private ensuite bathroom, plus 1 guest powder room. The full Kitchen is here as well as the laundry room. In addition to the 2 large terraces facing the sea, you will enjoy a small, private internal patio.
Family suite 1: Sleeps 3: Here you will find a living room/dining room, kitchen with dishwasher, a spacious sea-facing terrace, a master bedroom and 1 single bedroom. There is one modern mosaic-lined bathroom.
Second Family Suite :Sleeps 4, Drawing room/dining room. Kitchen.
Guest Suite: Sleeps 2: In a double bedroom and private bathroom. There is also a kitchenette and sea-facing views.
Second Guest Suite; Sleeps 2: In addition to the bedroom and bathroom, there is a living room/dining room with open-plan kitchen.
Finally in a separate annex there is a pleasant large bedroom, suitable for a couple or a nanny.
Exiting from the Villa, you will find a private path through the Mediterranean garden that will take you all the way to the sea, for those who love swimming in the warm and turquoise waters of the Mediterranean. Or simply take a few steps to an invitingly comfortable lounge bed to develop your tan under the sun, and then roll into the pool to freshen up from time to time. The sea view is as spectacular at sunset or in the evening under the stars as it is in the day. Watch the sun plunge into the sea, then light the lanterns and enjoy a candle-lit dinner on the terrace. Your nearest town, Porto Santo Stefano, a fishing town for centuries, is now a lively port filled with yachts and luxury boats, an international clientele, and Romani and Milanesi on holiday. A ferry from here will take you to the islands of Giglio and Giannutri, which you have seen from your Terrace. A Fruit and Vegetable market offers local farmers prodiuce, and a Fishmarket offers fish straight from the boat. Stroll for a gelato, or take a coffee in one of the bars. There are plenty of local restaurants, as well as nightclubs, too. In addition you will find Golf nearby, as well as horse-riding and tennis. If that's not enough, take day trips to the sites of onshore Tuscany, such as Siena.
