We had a great time in this super clean appartment. We were three adults and there was plenty of space. it was great to have two bathrooms and a full kitchen. The environment is very nice but can be noisy at times. Metro is at the door (Bogatell) and Marina (7 min)

This is a lovely space, clean, well equipped, good location. My only problem was the electronic lock for checking which was difficult to operate. When we couldn’t get in, we sent an email asking for help and for someone to call us. We received an email response but for TWO hours we never got a call. We finally got access but after a long travel day this was a frustrating experience and very poor communication.

Guest Ready Customer Serrvice Poor

Dealing with Guesr Ready was challenging throughout the whole process of booking and check in. This was very different than dealing with an owner directly. Then when we arrived we found out the water wasn’t working in our unit. When we messaged about it we were told that it was out for up to 24 hours. No offer to find another place or help at all. Finally after escalating a few different times they just canceled the reservation without even confirming with us. We were fortunate to be able to find another place the same day in Barcelona. I will not use another Guest Ready property again.
