Charming apartment with balcony, located in the first hill of Santa Margherita just a few minutes from the city center.



To enter the apartment you need to go down three steps, you enter a small atrium, in front is the independent kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, kettle and a small balcony.

To the right is the first bathroom with shower stall and toilet and a bedroom with a single bed.

Returning to the entrance, a long corridor crosses the house and leads to the rest of the rooms; on the left is a second bathroom with bathtub and toilet, and then two bedrooms with queen-size beds both with closets and drawers.

Finally, a large living room with sea view, TV, dining table and furnished balcony complete the layout.

Santa Margherita Ligure is located on the Ligurian Riviera di Levante, in a basin enclosed in the northwestern part of the Portofino promontory, and in the innermost part of the Tigullio Gulf. The town, located east of Genoa, is surrounded by hills covered with Mediterranean vegetation overlooking the so-called "Dolphin Coast," which links the town to Portofino. The town is a popular tourist and seaside resort on the Riviera di Levante.

Part of the municipal territory of Santa Margherita Ligure is included in the Portofino Regional Nature Park.



Santa Margherita Ligure train station is a 5-minute drive from the apartment while Genoa airport is about 40km away.
