Die großen privaten Infinity-Pool (mit einem kindersicheren Zaun geschützt) mit Blick auf das Meer und führt auf eine Terrasse, die eine spektakuläre Sicht in Mojacar bietet - in einem Bogen von etwa 210 Grad das Mittelmeer füllt rund 90 Grad, die Stadt noch 90 Grad und die Berge der Rest; Garucha und kann in der Ferne gesehen werden. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an Sonnenliegen, Sofas, Tische und ein Grill für Mahlzeiten im Freien. Das Haus verfügt über einen weiteren Terrasse, einen Balkon und eine Sonnenterrasse, die eine oder andere davon werden Tag Sonnenschein zu jeder Zeit des Jahres zu schaffen. Das Wohn / Esszimmer führt auf eine Terrasse. Das Haus verfügt über Klimaanlage / Heizung im ganzen. Drei der Schlafzimmer sind Doppelzimmer und ein eigenes Bad und führen entweder direkt auf der Veranda oder Balkon. Das 4. Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten und ein Kinderbett mit WC und Waschbecken im Nebenraum.

Es gibt einen Sky-Box-System installiert, wenn Sie eine eigene Sky-Karte die Kanäle, die Sie haben zu Hause empfangen werden mitbringen möchten - wenn es keine Karte installiert ist, dann normale Free-TV empfangen werden, die die meisten der britischen terrestrischen Kanäle sowie Spanisch terrestrisches Fernsehen.

Family holiday Mojacar 2024

The villa is in an excellent location. Fantastic views all around - from sea to mountains. The pool is ideal for family fun and nearby beaches are soft sand and ideal for swimming. We were a party of seven over three generations and the accommodation was ideal.

Great stay

Have stayed at this villa on a few occasions and have say the views are the best I. Mojacar the owner is really friendly and offers amazing communication. As always the pool is the draw for us but we love the freedom the villa gives us to explore locally. Highly recommended

Fantastic views

Fantastic villa,amazing views,really enjoyed our 2 week stay,5 adults 1 7 year old. Steep hill could be a issue for 60 + age groups but you can always get a taxi home if it’s too much,would definitely recommend.

Perfect stay

Beautiful Location

Fantastic views from the property, pool was spotless and plenty of choices of sunbathing/eating areas. Mojácar beach itself has some nice restaurants and there’s always plenty of space on the beach, even in August. Only negative is the steep walk up to the villa, we travelled with elderly relatives and they weren’t able to tackle it. Overall a very nice and relaxing holiday, ideal if you’re looking for a quiet holiday destination!

Lovely villa

Lovely villa great location. Lovely pool but in October you can’t go in it it’s like ice which is a shame and waste of money to keep it going unless you get it heated for winter months. Got a lovely sun deck on top for all day sunshine.

Room with a view

The villa is in an absolutely idyllic setting with views of the mountains, the town and the sea. You wake up and drop off with the sound of the waves hitting the beach and there are loads of restaurants and bars to enjoy just a stone's throw away. The villa is fully equipped and if you ever have to deal with Chris, the owner, he couldn't do enough for you. A wonderful place to holiday and we highly recommend it.

Perferct, once again.

The villa is always exceptional. Very well located in a quiet area of Mojacar, it is perfect for a family holiday. The improvements made by Chris are much appreciated. The curtains now allow ideal darkness in the bedrooms and the new kitchen equipment is of excellent quality. Finally, the pool and views are magical. Thank you, it's lovely to rent a villa in these conditions.

Very nice holiday in this beautiful place

We have spent two weeks after Christmas in that beautiful place. We have fully enjoyed our stay and everytghing was according to our expectations. Thank you to Chris for his polite and responsive communication and thank you to Christine for the suppoprt during arrival and departure. The appartment was clean, fully equiped, everything is in a good conditon and the view to Mojacar is impressive. We can fully recommend this appartment.

Family Reunion Vacation

The Villa accommodated easily our eight person, three generations, family, including grandparents (70s) and grand children (8 & 4). The terraces and pool area provided gathering and enjoyment for everyone. The elevated view of the beaches is magnificent and breezy. Mojacar Pueblo should not be missed. We all regretted our short villa week but had other places in Spain to visit. Chris, thanks for making you villa available to us “Yanks,” Christine, thank you for your assistance.

Amazing Views and Lovely Property

We had a lovely week in Mojacar, it was extremely memorable with the beautiful views from the property. Everything was clean, worked how it should, good quality, comfy beds, nice kitchen with lots of equipment, etc. Would highly recommend!! The smallest of details that didn’t affect our stay were how slippery the floors were if it got a slightest bit wet. Only a worry for me as I have a very clumsy, accident prone husband!! Also, another tiny note is the ants that seem to appear out of thin air if you leave a crumb out for 0.5 of a second, but I think that’s just how it is in Spain! Overall though, tiny blips to how amazing the property was - thank you Christopher!

Hillside Villa Mojacar

The property was well placed in Mojacar for the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. It was well equipped both inside and out and the patio and pool area offered lovely views out to sea, as did the upstairs bedroom. The owner Chris was very helpful and gave us a lot of information prior to our arrival and during our stay, as did the property management company Mojacar estates. We opted for an interim clean as we stayed for 2 weeks and the cleaner was very friendly and efficient. A car is not an essential requirement however the hillside walk if a stretch on the way up if you struggle with mobility. We travelled with teenagers and a ten year old and they had plenty to do. We would definitely return 😊

Just Amazing Views

We stayed in the villa last year and loved it so much we booked it again this year, and would probably have returned next year if our dates had been available.There isn't a lot more I can add to last years review, the villa and views are still amazing. We did visit some different restaurants as there are so many to choose from. We also enjoyed a walk along the beach up to the Torre del Pirulico (an ancient coastal watchtower),and a drive up into the Sierra Cabrera Mountains behind the villa. Thanks Chris, for letting us stay at your wonderful villa again, and hopefully we will be back in the future. Also a big thank you to Christine for all she does. Many thanks Tony,Ann and family

Pictures don’t do it justice!!

A fantastic villa with a truly breathtaking view. You fall asleep to the sounds of the waves and wake up to the gentle cooing of the ring necked doves. The location is perfect for eating out as there are a wide selection of excellent restaurants and bars within walking distance, just take it slow on the way back as the hill is steep! The beach is on your doorstep and is immaculate, not a piece of rubbish to be seen as Mojácar is absolutely pristine. Christine is really helpful and friendly, her advise was proven invaluable when we managed to lock ourselves out at 8pm, and Chris keeps you updated with lots of useful information. This was our first visit to Spain and it won’t be our last....Mojácar we love you❤️

Awesome Villa, great location. Stunning Views

Just returned from 2 fantastic weeks in Mojacar. This villa with four double bedrooms was perfect for our family as there were 8 of us travelling. The villa was easy to find and we were met by the lovely Christine who was absolutely fantastic and explained all the amenities and the villa layout. The rooms are all excellent in size, the recently refurbished décor was tasteful and super comfy. The patio areas and infinity pool are unbelievable. Offering the best views we ever had. The villa was spotlessly clean and contained everything you could possibly need for a worry free holiday. Even the pool was gated and felt completely safe for our children. (be advised it is pretty deep at one end) Although there is a fairly steep hill leading to the villa, you do become accustomed to the short walk from the road. We cant recommend this villa enough and the owner was fantastic with his correspondence and advice. A truly 5 star accommodation in a Spanish paradise. Having been a tourist here for over 23 years this is without doubt the most luxurious accommodation we have found here. Definitely a holiday we will remember. Can't wait to return.

Unbelieveable Views

Walking through the door you know you have made the right decision. A large picture window draws your eyes to one of the best views of Mojacar Playa and beyond. The villa itself is well designed with open plan kitchen, diner (with balcony) and living room on the entry level. Also there is a large ensuite double bedroom (with Juliet balcony) on the same level.Down the internal staircase are 3 further bedrooms, 2 spacious doubles with ensuites and direct access onto the veranda, and 4th bedroom with 1 single and a bunk bed. The veranda leads to the fabulous infinity pool in which we spent many happy hours. The pool is gated to protect young children.The veranda is fantastic and we sat there most nights with a glass of wine looking down on the lights of Mojacar.We also had a few BBQ's there. The roof terrace has wonderful panoramic views. The short walk down to the front (where there is an endless supply of restaurants and bars within walking distance) takes about 5 mins, a bit longer coming back up, although you soon get used to it. Thanks to Christine whom we met at the villa. We needed her help with a small issue and she replied to our call very promptly and managed to sort out the problem. We have had a fantastic 2 weeks at the villa and I could go on singing its praises, suffice to say within a day of returning home we have booked for next year. Stunning Villa! Well equipped & beautifully presented!

I really can't say enough good things about this Villa. The other reviewers are correct, it is beautifully presented, a real home form home, everything little thing has been provided and we wanted for nothing during our stay. The views are breathtaking from every room in the villa and the pool is a delight. It was scrupulously clean with plenty of loungers for everyone. The Villa had good quality linens and towels and the air-conditioning was excellent, although with the lovely breeze up there we only needed it during the night for the bedrooms. We loved the area and the laid back atmosphere in Mojacar. We spent our mornings at the villa and almost every afternoon at the beach, enjoying swimming and relaxing at the sunbeds where there was table service if you wanted tapas or drinks. Early evenings were spent listening to live music at one of the numerous pretty beach bars and restaurants, eating delicious Mediterranean food and later on strolling along the promenade. I highly recommend Tito's Cantina which does gorgeous fresh Mexican food as well as the standard menu in the main bar. The staff there were exceptional, nothing was too much trouble and service with a warm smile every time. As other reviewers have stated the villa is on a steep hill so be mindful if you have members of your party who find walking uphill difficult, we hired a car and had no issues, enjoying the best of both worlds, the beautiful views and not having to walk back up the hill! I highly recommend the Paella at Magnifique, it was the best I have ever had, light and tasty with lots of fresh ingredients and Shellfish. If you are up early enough the sunrise is fabulous, I woke early one morning and walked out onto the balcony just as it was rising, just stunning! Christine was lovely and on hand to answer any questions you may have. I highly recommend spending time here - you will not regret it!

The photo is of my daughter and I a little while ago but it's the most recent one I have of me - sorry.

I bought the villa in 2010 and have changed it a lot, the work was carried out by a company of Spanish builders to a very high standard - the Town Council are strict and I had to have two architects; I hope you like the work. I love Mojacar and live in the villa most of the year renting it out in the summer when I go on holiday myself. The views are spectacular and I normally breakfast on the balcony looking out over the Mediterranean Sea.

Mojacar was recommended to me by my very good friends who had had a property there for several years; they said that the town would suit me as it had a good selection of restaurants, bars, shopping and other attractions that I would like, and they were right.

I lived in the Middle East for a long time and so I wanted a home that had the sun and a good life-style. My main requirement were for a sea view but I didn't think it would be possible for me to get such a great one. I think Mojacar is lovely and I am looking forward to living here for many years.

Quite simply, the views are absolutely stunning and you can hear the waves when you sit on the terrace or either of the balconies; it very relaxing sitting in the easy chairs on the terrace with a glass of something nice listening to the waves lapping against the shore.

The property is very convenient for everything, the sea, shops, bars and restaurants - I can walk everywhere if I want to.

I like to read and I enjoy sitting on the 'Romeo and Juliet' balcony reading a good book, taking in the views with a glass of something nice.

A pool party with a BBQ on the veranda with friends is also a great way to spend a day or an evening - when my family have been there were 15 of us in the pool, and it wasn't crowded.
