Located on the outskirts of the village of Kournas, Elinor Villa is an ideal retreat for guests seeking modern comfort and the beauty of the surrounding natural landscape. Set on a spacious 2,500 sq.m. plot, the villa unfolds across two levels and comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests in six well-appointed bedrooms.
Elinor Villa consists of two separate buildings with identical layouts, both fully equipped to ensure comfort and convenience. Together, they offer two inviting living rooms, two fully equipped kitchens, and six bedrooms, making Elinor Villa perfect for families or groups traveling together while still enjoying their own space.
Just a short distance away lies Lake Kournas, one of Cretes most captivating natural landmarks. Fed by underground springs, the lakes crystal-clear waters shimmer in shades of blue and green and support a rich ecosystem of turtles, ducks, and eels. Visitors can stroll along the shoreline, enjoy paddle boating on the calm waters, or unwind at the charming cafes and tavernas nearby.
Thanks to its serene setting and natural beauty, the area around Lake Kournas is perfect for those seeking a peaceful escape, while remaining conveniently close to Cretes northern coast and its beautiful beaches.
Layout
Ground Floor of Each Building
The ground floor of each building features an open-plan living area and kitchen designed with attention to detail, with a seamless indoor and outdoor connection. Here you are welcomed by the natural lighting coming in from every corner.
The kitchens of both buildings are fully equipped with modern appliances for a stress-free and self-catered holiday. Each building features a dining table that can comfortably seat up to 8 guests. In one of the two buildings, there is a dining table extension so that all 12 guests can dine indoors if desired. Lastly, each living room includes a comfortable 6-seater couch, a coffee table, and a 55" TV.
On the ground floor of each building, you will also find one bedroom with direct outdoor access and a mountain view. This bedroom features a Queen-size bed (1,80 x 2,00) that can be set up as two single beds (0,90 x 2,00), upon request, an open closet, a 40" TV, a self-controlled A/C for your comfort, and a safe deposit box. On the ground level of each building, there is a marble-designed bathroom with a stand-up shower. This bathroom also features a washer and dryer.
First Floor of Each Building
The first floor of each building features two bedrooms.
The second bedroom of each building features a King-size bed (1,60 x 2,00), with an open closet, a 40" TV, a self-controlled A/C for your comfort, and a safe deposit box.
The third bedroom of each building is a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. This master bedroom features a King-size bed (1,60 x 2,00), an open closet, a 32" TV, a self-controlled A/C for your comfort, a safe deposit box, and is equipped with a private balcony overlooking the endless mountains of Crete.
Outdoor Area
The exterior of Villa Elinor covers 2,200 m2 and promises nothing less than the making of unforgettable moments with your loved ones. What will really take your breath away are the never-ending panoramic views of the mountains and natures finest accomplishments. The two picturesque bridge pathways make the indoor and outdoor connection seem effortless, while the sound of the waterfall will give you no choice but to embrace the relaxation.
More specifically, the outdoor area features:
- Two private, each 105 sqm swimming pools, 1,5m deep with waterfall and hydromassage settings. The pools can each be heated upon request and with an additional daily charge.
- The pool area is equipped with 8 sun beds, 8 poof loungers, side tables, two poolside showers, 6 umbrellas

- Two gas BBQs, which also feature a gas hob

- The whole Villa is fully fenced and has a gated entrance offering security to our guests.**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
