This apartment is designed with open living and dining. Featuring a sofa and a wide-screen smart TV, perfect for relaxing in the evening.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery to whip up some yummy homemade meals, including a microwave. The apartment also comes with a washing machine, should you need it.

The bedroom is furnished with a UK king-size bed and a UK queen-sized bed in the second room, complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the essentials you'll need to freshen up. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitised for your safety.

Key pickup is within walking distance, and we’ll provide detailed instructions for a smooth check -in.

Please note: Electricity usage during your stay is not included in the base rate. Guests will be responsible for the cost of all electricity consumed during their visit. Meter readings will be taken at check-in and check-out, and the difference will be charged accordingly.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Dublin 8 is a vibrant, historic district south of the River Liffey, known for its blend of medieval landmarks, local markets, and creative communities. It includes St. Patrick’s Cathedral, the Guinness Storehouse, Kilmainham Gaol, and the Liberties. The area mixes old Dublin charm with new cafés, galleries, and housing developments, creating a lively, diverse neighbourhood close to the city centre.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus station, Patrick's Cathedral, is just a 6-minute walk.

Dublin airport is an 30-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
