This 55m2 apartment can just about sleep up to 4 people with a UK King-sized bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room.

You'll find the kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a simple meal. It's also includes a washing and dryer machine, dishwasher and a coffee machine.

Fresh towels and complimentary travel-sized toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

We like to be upfront so you know exactly what to expect while enjoying the comfort, convenience, and warm welcome of GuestReady Essential.

As it is located on the lower floors of the building, and there may be some noise from the streets. We've also previously had some issues with the hot water, in such a situation, please reach out to our 24/7 guest support for assistance.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Vibrant and creative area located in the heart of Dublin. The area is home to a number of attractions, including Dublin Castle, St Patrick's Cathedral and the Guinness Storehouse. Newmarket is also home to a number of trendy restaurants, cafes and bars, making it the perfect place to relax and explore.

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport or by car. There's a bus stop just outside the apartment.
Dublin airport: 30 minutes by car;
Dublin Castle: 10 minutes walking;
St Patrick's Cathedral: 5 minutes walking.

This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 15:00, pending availability and confirmation.If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €500 smoking fee, at minimum.
