This 55m2 apartment can just about sleep up to 4 people with a UK King-sized bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room.

You'll find the kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a simple meal. It also includes a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, and a coffee machine.

Fresh towels and complimentary travel-sized toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

As it is located on the lower floors of the building, there may be some noise from the streets. Please reach out to our 24/7 guest support for assistance.

The area and apartment date back several centuries, which adds to the area’s charm but also means the plumbing systems can be quite old.

Because of this, the pipes are more delicate than in modern buildings. To help us avoid blockages and keep everything running smoothly, please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet — no wipes, tissues, sanitary products, or other items. Even “flushable” wipes can cause major issues in older pipes.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Vibrant and creative area located in the heart of Dublin. The area is home to a number of attractions, including Dublin Castle, St Patrick's Cathedral and the Guinness Storehouse. Newmarket is also home to a number of trendy restaurants, cafes and bars, making it the perfect place to relax and explore.

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport or by car. There's a bus stop just outside the apartment.
Dublin airport: 30 minutes by car;
Dublin Castle: 10 minutes walking;
St Patrick's Cathedral: 5 minutes walking.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
