This remarkably spacious rustic accommodation promises a unique retreat for all your adventures in this city!

The living area has a sitting area, a TV to watch all your favorite shows and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group.

The open-plan kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfill your culinary requirements. Plus, there is a washer available for your laundry needs.

There are three bedrooms. The first and second ones have double beds, and the third has two bunk beds. The beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens.

The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The boat is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

NOTE: There is a ladder to access the boat, which can be difficult during the winter months to climb it.

Guests will have access to the entire boat!

I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-call concierge service that can assist you any time of the day.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, Westbrook, is just a 15-minute walk.

Please note that the log burner is decorative and is not to be used.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
