The apartment itself is modern and cosy, recently renovated in an elegant and refined style. It is fully equipped, and there are two separate bedrooms with double beds; this makes it ideal for a family or a fun getaway with friends. For the harmony and comfort of all, the half bathroom and toilet are separate. Please note that there is a staircase of 5 stairs in the apartment.
The living and dining room area is in the center of the apartment, with soundproofed windows overlooking the street. The kitchen is brand new, yet it preserves all the authentic charm of the building, adding a unique touch to this exceptional experience.
Someone will always be on hand for check-in, i.e. to hand over the keys, show you around and explain the apartment's various functions. Likewise, we are available by e-mail, telephone and at the agency, ready to travel if necessary.

Any check-in on a Sunday, a public holiday or after 7pm is charged 50€ extra. Any check-in after 10pm will be charged an additional 75€.
