With private steps from the garden over the dunes and straight on to the wonderfully sandy and expansive beach, this property is a show stopper! There is even secure bike storage should you wish to explore on your two wheels.

The Den boasts a light, airy and modern open-plan living environment, with sliding doors which spill on to an enclosed, sunny garden. This area is ideal for dogs and children to play safely under the gaze of relaxing grown-ups whilst the wine chills and the sun sets. The main living area comprises a well-equipped kitchen with a wine fridge, dining area and sitting room featuring Smart television. The master bedroom hosts a king-size bed and accompanying en-suite shower room. Bedroom two features a double while bedroom three has 3' twin beds, and both share the family bathroom with its bath and shower over. There is plenty of parking in the private paddock opposite, which also doubles as the ideal playing green for a spot of summer cricket, rounders, football or whichever ball game takes your fancy! The shed to the rear of the property can be used to securely store bikes - you just need to bring your own padlock.

The Den operates with slightly different arrival and departure times to the majority of our properties, check in is from 5pm and departure is by 10am.
