The Old Village Shop | Winterton Cottages

Once Winterton's village shop, now a beautiful three bedroom cottage close to the dunes and village amenities.

Enter the property into the spacious lounge and dining area with comfortable seating for all. There is a TV with Freesat, blu-ray player, selection of DVDs and games. The dining area and lounge are separated by the main stairs. From here walk through to the well equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge freezer. Through the kitchen you will find the back staircase, downstairs WC and utility room with washer/dryer.

The front stairs lead from the lounge up to the first floor landing. Turning right leads to the front twin bedroom with two 6' single beds. Turn left to the main bedroom with king size bed and views towards the coast. Through the bedroom is the large Jack and Jill en suite comprising of bath, shower, WC and washbasin.

This bathroom leads through to the back landing where there is a further double bedroom and main bathroom with large double shower, WC and washbasin. This bedroom and bathroom can be reached by the back staircase. All bedrooms have black out blinds at each window. High chair and travel cot can be available on request.

There is access to the enclosed garden from the kitchen where you can hear the waves from the sea close by. There is a seating area and astro turf grass.

There is parking at the front of the property for one car. Further parking can be found in the village. Up to 3 dogs are welcome at The Old Village Shop at no additional charge. Dogs are welcome throughout the downstairs living areas and are welcome to join you on the sofa when using the throws provided. Please do not leave dogs unattended in the property.
