Like us, you will fall in love with White Horses' incredible location overlooking unspoilt dunes with breath taking sea views.

Opened in 2025 after refurbishment, our spacious beach house offers a charming, comfortable, and luxurious quirky ambiance, perfect for creating lasting happy memories. All furniture has been chosen with your comfort in mind, no cheap short cuts, no uncomfortable beds or rickety sofas!

The house is surrounded by a high wall & fencing for peace of mind. The sea facing fence is secure waist-high railings with 'private gated access' down steps to the beach. White Horses offers a a perfect getaway retreat.

Guests can indulge in stunning coastal vistas all year round, spectacular when the sun sparkles on the water. A telescope is provided in the snug for spotting ships and yachts as they sail by!

The beautifully decorated interior includes a compact kitchen, spacious dining area, a bright and comfortable lounge with open sea views, a large smart TV and an open fire. Italian designer Leather corner sofa and three relaxing 'Stressless' Recliner chairs.

Move through to the snug room with it's well stocked holiday library and board games. Relax on two large Italian leather sofas and enjoy the expansive sea views over the garden. Adjoining the snug is the Sun Room, a casual space, with a marble circular table and seating, planted indoors with Geraniums, Jasmine and a Rubber tree plant! perfectly blending indoor and outdoor living, ideal for dining and relaxation.

**Sleeping Arrangements:** All bedrooms lead off a central corridor offering space and privacy from the other bedrooms.

On the ground floor, 1 Super King Bed with deep mattress, smart TV, fitted wardrobe, a wall-mounted trouser press. White Plantation Shutters, overlooking the white walled Mediterranean styled garden. Ensuite walk-in shower & WC

A second King size bedroom, which has amazing Sea Views over the garden, glass doors to the Patio and garden. French reproduction king bed with deep mattress, large wall-mounted smart TV. Fitted wardrobe,

The last of the ground floor bedrooms is a King bedroom with Plantation Shutters overlooking the walled front garden, fitted wardrobe. Sharing the Jack & Jill shower/WC ensuite

On the second floor, up the winding newel stairs to the only upstairs bedroom, with 3 Single Beds in the 'Look-Out' bedroom. Access to the look-out room, spectacular sea views, Velux windows, and blackout blinds. Wardrobe and set of drawers.

A separate family WC is also located on the ground floor.

Enjoy FIVE ground-floor patio terraces with varied seating areas, offering multiple choices to relax, look out to sea, sunbathe, and enjoy family meals. You can follow the sun around the house until late in the evening, or benefit from avoiding any sea breezes!

Please note:- The *HOT TUB is only available from 1st May to the 1st October 2026.

Discover the 'Nordic Barbecue Cabin' with its atmospheric coloured lights, great for family barbecues.

Relaxation is enhanced with the Sea-facing lawned garden, and in the walled Mediterranean-style gardens at the front of the property which is where you will find the barbecue cabin! The property is very private, quiet, and not overlooked by neighbouring property.
With a secure entrance, at the end of a no-through road, high gated entrance, it is fully enclosed.
Ample off-road parking for 4 cars.

** Super Pet-Friendly @ Winterton-on-Sea: **

2 Well-behaved pets are welcome, no extra charge. (Please contact us if you have more pets , there may be an additional charge)
Pets MUST NOT be left alone in the house.
An escape-proof, weather-proof dog run is available in the garden.

Winterton-on-Sea is also incredibly pet-friendly, welcoming dogs on the beach and in local eateries.
For hygiene reasons Guests must bring their dog beds, food bowls, toys, towels, and throws.

**Miscellaneous Information:**

- We offer Friday-to-Friday rentals for 7-night stays.

- **SHORT BREAKS** (minimum 4 nights) are available on enquiry to us, all year, excluding July & August and bank holiday weeks. Please message us for a quote.

You can paddle or swim in the sea, often glimpsing the bobbing heads of the shy but inquisitive Winterton Seal colony. With nearby attractions including Windmills, waterways, & Norfolk Broads villages. Tourist attractions to fit every preference & pocket from day boat hire, golfing, fishing, sightseeing, arcades, and amusement parks!

The 'Fine City of Norwich' and the coastal towns of Cromer, Sheringham, Holt, Great Yarmouth, Lowestoft, and the Royal estate of Sandringham and King's Lynn are just a short drive away. Adventure awaits!
