In fact, the house is located both near the center of Florence, which can be reached by public transport, and the main motorways (A1, Florence-Pisa-Livorno, Florence-Siena) with which you can reach the various locations in 2-3 hours by car (Rome, Bologna, Venice, Genoa). No tourist tax (€5.5 per person per day in the center of Florence). For staying above 7 days, electricity and gas expenses are paid separately based on the effective consumption
