San Vincenzo, we offer for rent, a splendid apartment in a two-family villa just a few meters from the sea, located on the 1st floor and composed of a double living room with 1 double sofa bed, kitchen with access to the large terrace where you can enjoy wonderful lunches and excellent dinners in company, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and small balcony, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a small terrace, bathroom with shower.
The property includes 1 parking space in the common courtyard.
The closest bathing establishments are Bagno Venere and Bagno La Barcaccina.

It is forbidden to introduce sand into the shower, leave rubbish and food/drink residues in the accommodation; furthermore, washing of dishes/glasses/pots is required.

Arrival: from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at our real estate agency.
Late arrivals must be communicated promptly.

Departure: no later than 9:00.

Rents are weekly, fortnightly or monthly and can be from Saturday to Saturday or in the period 1-15 or 16-30 of the month.

Tourist tax due as per law, based on the number of occupants of the property:
- April, May, September, October (Euro 1.00 per day per person for a maximum of 14 nights)
- June, July, August (Euro 1.25 per day per person for a maximum of 14 nights)

ATTENTION: Bedroom and bathroom linen not provided, we will provide disposable mattress covers and pillow covers for the number of beds present inside the apartment.
