Mein Platz ist mit Blick auf den Strand, tolle Aussicht, Restaurants und Restaurants, familienfreundliche Aktivitäten, in der Nähe der Innenstadt mit kostenlosen zwei Parkplätze. Sie werden meinen Platz wegen der Lage, der Menschen, der Atmosphäre und der Nachbarschaft lieben. Mein Platz ist ein toller Urlaubsort für Paare und Familien (mit Kindern). As for the condo itself—it is even better than the pictures! It is spotless, beautifully remodeled, spacious, and equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need and more. You can tell how much thought and care went into making this place feel like home.We loved sitting on the balcony every morning watching the sunrise and made so many special memories here. I’ve been coming to the beach for years and have stayed in many different places, and this has easily been my favorite condo.Five stars honestly doesn’t feel like enough. Between the beautiful, thoughtfully equipped condo, the perfect location in New Smyrna Beach, and an owner who goes above and beyond with genuine kindness, she is truly in a league of her own. My family stayed in this unit for the first time for our annual trip to New Smyrna Beach. We have been staying at The Pelican for 16 years and have stayed in many of the condos onsite. This condo was the best! It was clean, organized, and the location was great! The condo had absolutely everything we needed. We enjoyed most of our time by the pool and the beach. We love having the pools right on the beach like The Pelican does. The host was wonderful! Very responsive, and really cared about making our stay top notch. We hope to continue to stay in this unit for years to come! We found a gem!

This vacation rental has everything you need to make your beach vacation wonderful. Fully stocked kitchen, great beach view, comfy mattresses, plenty of beach chairs/items and very clean and updated throughout. The owners are so thoughtful when it comes to making sure their guests have everything. They quickly respond to any questions or concerns. Definitely will rebook with them. Great location, beautiful private pool with gated beach access. This condo has everything!

We love this location with magnificent views. This is our third or fourth time staying here and look forward to it .The weather wasn’t the best but we took advantage of New Smyrna shops, outlets and Third Wave restaurant is a must go to.. Such a great fun place to relax.

Very clean and well kept. Had everything we could possibly need. She was very quick to respond with any questions I had. Will definitely stay again

Great Stay at the Seaglass!

Jan an Chad have a beautifully appointed and clean condo. We felt relaxed as soon as we walked in and felt like we were at home which made our 2 week stay that much more enjoyable. We live for the sun, ocean and beach and weren't disappointed. As an all around vacation spot, this is it!

Joan was very accommodating when our flights to Orlando were changed. She communicated prior to our arrival, during our stay (told us about the SpaceX launch) and on the day we were checking out. Her condo is beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. The views from the condo were gorgeous. We were lucky to view the Super Moon and also sunrises! We would highly recommend her condo. We look forward to staying here in the future.

Beautiful condo. Very clean. Felt at home. Great view of the ocean. Owner is wonderful. Will definitely stay here again.

Fabulous Return Stay

Our family loves this condo. It is very clean and there are so many things that were supplied for our stay at our fingertips. The pool and the surrounding areas are kept exceptionally clean. Jan is an absolute delight to deal with.
