Luxury 2 Bedroom & 2 Bathroom Apartment - Marais

Welcome to your Parisian home, a few steps away from the Marais District and Place de la Bastille. This charming apartment, recently renovated by a Parisian architect, offers an elegant design and an intimate feel to unwind after a day of exploring Paris. It is ideal for a family or a group of friends.

The Space:
The apartment includes:
- 1 Living room
- 1 Dining room with seating for 6
- 1 Fully equipped kitchen
- 2 Shared bathrooms (One with shower and not toilet, one with bathtub and no toilet)
- 2 Separate toilets

The sleeping arrangement is organized as follows:
- Bedroom 1 with a Kingsize bed
- Bedroom 2 with a Queensize bed
- Living room : convertible sofa into a bed for two people

The apartment is ideal for 4 people, and can accommodate up to 6 people.

The apartment is equipped with:
Bath and bed linen, toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper)
High speed Wifi, a TV
a washer dryer, a hair dryer,
a Nespresso coffee machine, a water boiler, a toaster
a fridge, induction cooking plates, a microwave, pans and other cooking wares
a baby bed and high chair if needed

Guest Access:
Easy access : before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access to the apartment as well as a video to guide you through your check-in.

To get the keys of the apartment:
- You will have to collect the keys in a secure box with a code inside the building
- The code will be given to you before your arrival
- The door to your apartment is on the ground floor. There are about 10 steps to climb from the street level to reach the ground floor.

The Neighborhood:
This neighborhood is a Parisian’s favourite. It is safe and within walking distance of attractions like the Marais district, Place des Vosges and Place de la Bastille. From fashionable boutiques to small cafés and trendy bars, enjoy a very lively Parisian lifestyle. The Picasso Museum and many art galeries are also easily accessible by foot. On Thursday and Sunday mornings, don’t miss out the largest open-air farmer’s market located just a few meters from the apartment.

- Republique: 13 minutes: Line 3, 5, 8, 9 & 11
- Charles de Gaulle CDG airport: line 5 & RER B and 50 minutes by taxi
- Orly ORY airport: 40 minutes by taxi

Other Things to Note:
Check-in / Arrival : from 4pm => From 2pm you can leave your luggage in the apartment. The apartment is being cleaned by our housekeeping team from 11am to 4pm. The apartment will be fully ready at 4pm. If you arrive early in Paris, we can indicate you a paid locker service next to the apartment. Check-out / Departure : until 11am.

We do not serve breakfast.
Cleaning is done before each arrival and after each departure only.

We are in a heritage building with sensitive neighbours. Please be careful during your stay to the house rules :
- no smoking in the apartment or in the building's courtyard
- no parties
- no music
- no persons other than those who have registered their identity cards
- no noise in the common areas of the building
- no animals
- no professional photo or video shoots

If one of the above house rules is not respected:
- A penalty of the full amount of the deposit will be charged
- The reservation will be cancelled as soon as the infraction is noticed and you will no longer be able to stay in the apartment

In order to guarantee compliance with these rules:
- You will be asked for photos of the identity documents of the people staying on site
- A separate deposit of 1000 Euros on Swikly will be made and sent to you and needs to be validated at least 48hours prior your arrival

Finally, if the apartment keys are lost, € 170 will be charged
These rules allow us to assure you a quality stay in our apartment
