Wonderful comfortable classy historic Victorian home. It was everything and more as advertised. Spectacular location are short stroll to the main square and whiskey row. The host Susanna was warm, friendly, cordial and very hospitable. I recommend this home highly.

Very quiet at night. Traffic during the day was regular driving by and you just need to be careful backing out of the driveway. Nicely decorated and interesting history.

A Wonderful Stay in a Beautiful Historic Home!We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful historic home in Prescott! Built in 1901, the house has so much history and character, and the owners have done a wonderful job preserving that old-fashioned charm.From the period-style decor to the creaky wooden floors, everything made us feel like we had stepped back in time. Those little details are what made the experience so special.The location was another huge plus! Just a one minute drive or an easy eight minute walk to the historic Courthouse Square and Whiskey Row, making it incredibly convenient to enjoy everything downtown Prescott has to offer.We truly enjoyed our weekend and would absolutely love to stay here again. We highly recommend this beautiful home to anyone looking for a unique and memorable stay in Prescott!

We enjoyed our stay at this 1901 Victorian home, it's like going back in time! The location is ideal as it is just minutes away from Whiskey Row. We found the house to be very clean. It's dog friendly, which is a plus for us.

The property is as described and very unique due to its historical nature. HVAC worked fine and kept the house cool; the kitchen was well stocked; close proximity to the square and Whiskey Row. It is located on a busy, noisy street however, you could not hear the traffic from inside the house or the back patio. I just didn't sit on the front porch and used the back patio, which was wonderful, with patio table, chairs, fire pit, bbq

Exactly what one would hope for from an historic, Victorian home,; right down to the creaky wood floors! We very much enjoyed our quaint stay at the Abba house.

We really enjoyed our stay in Prescott overall. The house itself was beautiful, comfortable, and the location was excellent — being so close to downtown made it easy to explore and enjoy the area without a lot of driving. We had a great time and would definitely consider staying again.There were just a few issues that kept the stay from being perfect. In the evenings the house would get fairly warm, and since the AC would only cool down to a certain temperature and the windows could not be opened, it became a little uncomfortable at night. We also noticed that the bathroom sink did not seem to have cold water available.Aside from those issues, we truly enjoyed the property and appreciated the overall experience. Prescott was great, and the home was a big part of making the trip enjoyable.

Hi there, I did not know you were having trouble with the Ecobee thermostat. You should have been able to put it at any temp that is comfortable to you. Beautiful home in a beautiful area, within walking distance of Whisky Row, the courthouse and some of the most delicious Indian food I've had in a while. Fenced backyard which was nice for the dog but she came everywhere with us anyway.

Charming Victorian House

The house itself was overall charming, plenty of room for four people and close by to downtown Prescott. Being that it's an older home, there's plenty to discover and it is comfy.

Absolutely Amazing

My friends and I still can’t get over how great this place was!! It was super cute, clean, GREAT location, had such a nice charm about the place, beds, couch, and chairs are very comfortable, and the front and back yards are beautiful and spacious with plenty of seating!! I would 1000% recommend!! We can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful

Fantastic house! We loved the decor and the back porch is awesome. Only recommendation would be to have the bathroom towels replaced. Other then that, beautiful house and very close to Downtown. We would definitely stay there again!

Charming and convenient

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There is one issue. The claw foot tub is lovely but for the elderly there needs to be a grab bar & a non slip mat.

Beautiful historic home

Great amenities, no complaints other than a 9am check out is not typical and difficult whether your there to enjoy Whiskey Row or trying to herd younger children to get out on time. 10 or 11 would be better suited and more typical for most stays on properties

Great remodeled Victorian house close to downtown

The old Victorian House was very cool. Looks like the owners took a lot of time remodeling it and did a very good job. The property was hard to see since we got there when it was dark. I would recommend having the outside front light on to be able to see the house number or even the house itself. Everything went great for our stay and we had everything we needed. The only drawback was having to check out at 9:00am. I felt that was pretty early.
