Historisches Haus aus dem Jahr 1901, alle modernisiert. Das historische Stadtzentrum von Prescott ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Ruhig mit hohen Deckenleuchtern im Esszimmer 6-Personen-Tisch sowie 2-Personen-Tisch in der Küche. Kamin im Wohnzimmer mit Sofa, 2 Stühlen, eine Wippe. Die Aufteilung des Hauses ist aufgeteilt, sodass jedes Schlafzimmer separat ist. (Siehe Grundriss). Das Haus hat eine Veranda mit 3 Wippen und einer Bank. Der Plattenhof ist geräumig mit 3 Tischen und einem Gasgrill.

Hi Ruth, thank you for letting me know. I will definitely check the water heater. It's possible the pilot may of gone out. If you are ever staying again, always reach out and I would send someone over to fix the issue.

We really enjoyed our stay in Prescott overall. The house itself was beautiful, comfortable, and the location was excellent — being so close to downtown made it easy to explore and enjoy the area without a lot of driving. We had a great time and would definitely consider staying again.There were just a few issues that kept the stay from being perfect. In the evenings the house would get fairly warm, and since the AC would only cool down to a certain temperature and the windows could not be opened, it became a little uncomfortable at night. We also noticed that the bathroom sink did not seem to have cold water available.Aside from those issues, we truly enjoyed the property and appreciated the overall experience. Prescott was great, and the home was a big part of making the trip enjoyable.

Hi there, I did not know you were having trouble with the Ecobee thermostat. You should have been able to put it at any temp that is comfortable to you. I will look into the cold water issue, it may of just needed a moment but thank you for letting me know. Overall I am glad you enjoyed your stay. Hope you can visit again sometime.

Exactly what one would hope for from an historic, Victorian home,; right down to the creaky wood floors! We very much enjoyed our quaint stay at the Abba house.

Beautiful home in a beautiful area, within walking distance of Whisky Row, the courthouse and some of the most delicious Indian food I've had in a while. Fenced backyard which was nice for the dog but she came everywhere with us anyway.

Absolutely Amazing

My friends and I still can’t get over how great this place was!! It was super cute, clean, GREAT location, had such a nice charm about the place, beds, couch, and chairs are very comfortable, and the front and back yards are beautiful and spacious with plenty of seating!! I would 1000% recommend!! We can’t wait to come back!

Charming Victorian House

The house itself was overall charming, plenty of room for four people and close by to downtown Prescott. Being that it's an older home, there's plenty to discover and it is comfy.

Beautiful

Fantastic house! We loved the decor and the back porch is awesome. Only recommendation would be to have the bathroom towels replaced. Other then that, beautiful house and very close to Downtown. We would definitely stay there again!

Charming and convenient

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There is one issue. The claw foot tub is lovely but for the elderly there needs to be a grab bar & a non slip mat.

Beautiful historic home

Great amenities, no complaints other than a 9am check out is not typical and difficult whether your there to enjoy Whiskey Row or trying to herd younger children to get out on time. 10 or 11 would be better suited and more typical for most stays on properties

Great remodeled Victorian house close to downtown

The old Victorian House was very cool. Looks like the owners took a lot of time remodeling it and did a very good job. The property was hard to see since we got there when it was dark. I would recommend having the outside front light on to be able to see the house number or even the house itself. Everything went great for our stay and we had everything we needed. The only drawback was having to check out at 9:00am. I felt that was pretty early.

Many Issues

I have pictures of what we walked into. The house was NOT cleaned. Gal got there about 6:15 and left after 8. I have times of how long it took you to get back to us about the entry instructions that would not open. I have recorded calls of things like.: We can go get other accommodations. On a Saturday evening / Spring Break. Don't think we didn't try. To go out for dinner while the cleaning lady was there. (We were prepared to cook there!. Not go "out for dinner") Your house was degusting! Your bedding is not even Goodwill worthy. We put garbage bags over the pillows ( when you told me NO extra, clean pillows) and then the next day wasted our time to go to Walmart for some bedding. The spread left on the bed had stains on it! Your cleaning lady came and her son swiffered the dust around. I am certain that is NOT CDC approved cleaning.. This house was not guest ready before or after the "cleaning" One of the gals got her sock caught on the nail sticking out of the floor(pricked her foot and put a hole in the sock) , the blinds had holes in them., The bathroom door knob came off in our hand the first time we tried to close it. Stove top aluminum foil was not changed, we had to ask to have floor mopped and vacuumed. More towels than 3. Change the table cover (which was stained) I could go on and on. am certain what we experienced is NOT Health or VRBO approved. It's not only gross and grossly neglected for guests., this is a pandemic time! I think you owe us back ore than a cleaning fee Shame on you!

A fun house for a fun place

Adorable house with a short walk to a funky downtown and an easy drive to many AZ highlights. Terrific. Only problem was we couldn't figure out the TVs but just as well, we didn't go to Prescott AZ to watch TV.

Beautiful historic home

This is a wonderful historic home a few blocks from the courthouse square. The furnishing and decore make you feel at home and transported back in time all at once. There is a lovely patio area behind the house that we didn't use but would in warmer weather. Susanna was very responsive and clearly takes great care with the details in this home.
