My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Sam Hill Cottage. It is such a charming, cozy place and everything was clean and tidy. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. It is in a quiet neighborhood and is close to downtown. We would definitely stay here again.

Cozy cottage

Great cottage

The cottage was super clean, cozy, and well decorated. Stocked with basic necessities, and is in a beautiful location! Hosts are really friendly and helpful too. We loved our stay here!

Great place to stay in Prescott

Sam Hill Cottage was absolutely a fantastic place to stay while visiting Prescott. Cozy and charming and well appointed. It had all we needed in a quiet neighborhood convenient to everything we wanted to do. The owners were great and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend this place.

Convenient location

Great Little Cottage

Had a great time. Place was perfect size for our needs, although the listing stated the living room couch was a pull out bed and it's not. Loved the shaded patio for breakfast. Perfectly tucked away, but close to historic district.

We really enjoyed our stay, The house is quite, clean and very well maintened.

The house is fully equipped and very comfortable. The area is quite, easy to find and close to downtown. There are lots of things to do in the area. All in all it's a great place to stay and relax.

Beautiful setting, quiet neighborhood, great place to stay!

Sam Hill Cottage is nestled at the end of a short street -- no traffic, no noise with only a short drive to downtown Prescott, grocery stores, and other activities (fair grounds/rodeo/restaurants). It's beautifully refurbished with a well-equipped modern kitchen and separate washer/dryer room. The host was readily accessible and helpful. We will definitely stay there again. Jim & Karel

Sam Hill’s Cottage

A charming cottage with all the history of Prescott at your fingertips. Loved sitting on the porch sipping a glass of wine in the evening and waiting for the glorious thunderstorms to entertain us.

Sam Hill Cozy Cottage

We enjoy all the nearby hiking and there is always something happening in downtown Prescott. The Christmas lights are spectacular. Elks theater concerts, parades, shopping and restaurants. Colts BBQ, Papas Italian and El Gato Azul are our favorites.

Perfect spot

This house is tucked away almost at the end of a dead end street, nestled up into the boulders that are the hallmark of Prescott's landscape. Quiet, clean, and perfectly appointed. It was our second time here and we'll definitely check for this property first any time we're planning a trip to the area.
