External Living | Private Pool
This captivating sea-view home lays in 16.000m2 outdoor area and is embellished with a 50m² private infinity swimming pool (1,40 meters deep, non-heated, saltwater), also boasting premium sun-beds. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco dining under sunset skies, on the shaded outdoor lounge area. The outdoor area features multiple terraces to unwind and is the perfect location for ice-cold G&Ts, taking in the scenes and watching the sun’s journey sinking into the sea.

With bespoke outdoor settings & tableware, it is an ideal holiday escape for those who seek the ultimate private living and an unforgettable holiday experience. The villa is an architectural gem, all building materials (stone & marble) are from Crete and it features meranthi wooden windows. The entire architectural design has been inspired by the landscape and the villa has a matrimonial blend into the breathtaking landscape.

Living Room (featuring a 55’’ Smart TV) & Dining area & Kitchen, the area offers direct access to the pool terrace with sea-views • Two Bedrooms with King Size bed (1.80x2.00), featuring “biophilic designed” en suite bathrooms with walk in shower. One Master Bedroom featuring a Super King bed ( 2.00x2.00) and en-suite bathroom. • The bedrooms also feature direct access to the pool & outdoor settings • The entire villa lays on the same ground floor and has direct access to the pool & sea views. • An additional WC is also available at the Living room space and a Laundry room featuring a washing & drying machine.

*TO SEE : Located in one of the most prominent spots of the island, Agios Pavlos Village in the South, the iconic Villa is only within a few minutes reach to the Agios Pavlos beach and 40 minutes driving distance to Rethymno City or Heraklion City, but still offering the long awaited tranquility home you longed for. Agios Pavlos is also close to Plakias, Agia Galini & Spili, where you may find some of the best beaches in the area. Triopetra Beach is a highlight and a must see during your stay.
