Seafront Brand New Villa by the peaceful Agios Pavlos beach

Lagremha Villa is a seafront new Villa with four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a lovely infinity pool. The Villa is located in the peaceful area of Agios Pavlos in south Rethymno.
A sea view open plan area with a dining table, a living room corner and a fully-equipped kitchen with another dining area is provided in the center of the Villa. Two cozy seating areas indoors and outdoors are also available.

On the west and east sides of the fully air-conditioned house there are two bedrooms with double bed and en-suite bathrooms, as well as two bedrooms with two single beds and a separate bathroom each. All bedrooms have doors to the pool terrace and sea views.

A lovely infinity pool of 57 square meters with waterfall and air jets is provided outside. Sun loungers and umbrellas are also offered. An outdoor barbecue is also available and a beautiful garden with local trees surrounds the Villa. Please also note that the pool can be heated with the additional cost of 90 Euros per day.

A Jeep style car is suggested in order to visit the nearby seaside village of Agios Pavlos and the unique beaches of the area. The sandy beaches of the small village of Agios Pavlos can be found at about 4 km, and the unique beach of Triopetra at about 8 km. The town of Agia Galini is about 20 km away, and the traditional village of Spili about 25 km away.
