Villa Pleiades, up to 10 guests, with pool, one minute walk from the beach

Just a minute's walk from the wonderful beach of Cann'e Sisa, Villa Pleiades is a splendid independent villa set in a garden of about 2000 square metres.

THE INTERIOR
All the rooms in the villa are particularly large and spacious. There are four bedrooms (three doubles, one with two bunk beds), three bathrooms with shower, a kitchen equipped with all appliances (electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, kettle, toaster, coffee machine), a living room with dining area where there is a large and comfortable masonry sofa (4 metres x 80 cm wide) and a fireplace.
The villa was completely renovated internally in 2023. The living room, bedrooms and master bathroom are served by state-of-the-art, extremely quiet and energy-efficient air-conditioning/heat pumps. The entire villa is served by WiFi connection, allowing you to stay connected at all times and/or smart-working.
The surface area of the villa extends over one floor, and is therefore suitable for guests with limited mobility.

OUTDOOR
A large, light-filled porch overlooks the garden, and is ideal for dining with friends on long summer evenings. The porch features a comfortable masonry sofa (5 metres x 80 cm wide). A barbecue / oven for pizza is available in the garden.

TORRE DELLE STELLE
Torre delle Stelle is a pretty seaside village on the eastern side of the Golfo degli Angeli, in southern Sardinia. Torre’s two beaches are called Cann’e Sisa and Genn’e Mari: both have shallow water, particularly suitable for children, fine white sand and crystal-clear water in shades of blue and emerald green.

The beach of Cann’e Sisa is easily reached on foot (1 minute walk from the Villa). The beach is about 450 metres long. In the summer season, it is served by two kiosk-bars (offering the possibility of renting sunshades and deckchairs), a convenient free car park, and walkways for easy access to the beach. The water is crystal clear and the seabed is characterised by an initial sandy part, alternating with rocky areas: a mix that gives the sea extraordinary colours (highly recommended for diving enthusiasts!).

In Torre delle Stelle you can find everything you need: there are two groceries stores (CRAI and Palmira – where you can also find a butcher’s shop, a fish market and an ATM), a pharmacy, various restaurants / pizzerias (the Saraceno, Palmira, and the Acquarium). The closest gas station is located in the adjacent village of Solanas (where during the summer there is a doctor’s and an ambulance station). For lovers of social and night life, there are numerous clubs/restaurants/pubs for all tastes in Villasimius!
