Only a short walk away from the Eiffel Tower, this brand new apartment is situated on the ground floor of a modern building. AC, high-speed internet, a nice garden.

Elegantly furnished and equipped with everything you need, this brand-new apartment offers optimum comfort. The calm of the inner courtyard lets you escape the hustle and bustle of the city.

The apartment is located on the first floor of the building.


This one-bedroom apartment features a carefully thought-out layout, including a bedroom with a queen size bed "Hôtel & Lodge" , a shower room with toilet, and a bright living room opening onto a private 40m² garden. The modern interior features a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with oven, fridge-freezer, washer-dryer, microwave, coffee machine and toaster.


The apartment includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, air conditioning, oven, microwave, coffee machine, etc.

We offer:

a personal check-in service on arrival;
a manual with basic information about the apartment's facilities
A neighborhood guide to help you get to know the area better;
Maintenance service throughout your stay;

Cleaning at the end of your stay with organic cleaning products.
A civil liability and rental risks insurance.

A rental contract to be signed electronically will be sent after the confirmation of the reservation.

Any check-in on a Sunday, a public holiday or after 7pm is charged 50€ extra. Any check-in after 10pm will be charged an additional 75€.

Very comfortable apartment for two people. Modern, clean, good security. Location is great, plenty of shops around and very close to the line 6 Metro but also close to lines 10 and 8. Easily walkable to the Eiffel Tower and Les Invalides. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. We could have stayed a month!

Amazing Vacation!

We had a wonderful stay in Paris. Loved the apartment, the location, privacy and the outside patio. It was well appointed with everything you could need. Loved the shops on the street. Bakery, fresh fruit, grocery and fish and deli shops very close. The metro was very close making it easy to go anywhere in the city.

Comfortable and Cosy

This apartment is on the small side, but was comfortable for the two of us. Check in was easy and the apartment was sparkling clean. The television and wi-fi worked well. The kitchen appliances are fairly new as of 2024 and worked very well. We used the washer/dryer several times. All plumbing is modern. The king size bed was comfortable. There are two air conditioning units, one in the bedroom and one in the living room. We had some trouble getting the living room unit set up, and when we contacted the agent, they came out the same day and corrected the issue. We appreciated the prompt response, and the apartment remained a comfortable temperature during hot summer days. The building is very close to the Dupleix metro station. There are three boulangeries nearby, along with two fruit/vegetable sellers, a grocery store, and an ice cream vendor that had our favorite flavor. It was very quiet inside the apartment. I would stay here again.

It is a non-smoker apartment and pets are not allowed.
