Excellent location, very quiet, beautiful view..Stairs were not difficult for me but some might have issue. A few of the light fixtures did not work. A better coffee maker would be nice.Overall would stay again.

Loved the apartment. It was clean and had lots of space. Be sure to watch the videos sent ahead to use the keys. The stairs are fine during the day but wouldn’t recommend coming back in the dark - they are dark. The courtyard was quiet and located near a cute coffee shop.

great location and apartment was exactly as described/pictured. staff was very responsive. key pickup/drop off was VERY inconvenient, especially as a solo traveller with a couple bags. would have appreciated more stock on amenities such as toilet paper for a longer term stay.

Location of property is a high point. However, taking bags up 7 flights of stairs and the lack of toiletries provided, along with no coffee or tea was really disappointing. The property owner should see what other properties provide guests, as this property owner is stingy.

The property itself is fine,, just poorly equipped, no coffee, coffee maker didn’t work, only two rolls of toilet paper for a weeklong stay for two people, no clothes, washing liquid, etc.

Sweet Parisian Flat, Great Location

We loved our stay in this apartment, easy walking distance to the Marais, the 11th arrondissement and Isle de Cite. Great bakery, coffee shop and restaurants on this quiet block. The apartment is well appointed with plenty of closet space and a nice kitchen. Heat worked well on chilly evenings. As advertised, it is a 6 floor walk up (7 floors by American standards), so be sure you're in good shape. (We were fine.) Wifi was a bit wonky at first, but the management did a good job of getting it working again. A matched set of drinking glasses and providing some toiletries in the bathroom would be nice, low-cost improvements that would make this place even better.

Gorgeous apartment/location but difficult check in

The apartment is great and the location couldn’t be better but the check in was very inconvenient. The key pick up is a long walk away from the apartment which is really inconvenient given that travelers have luggage with them. I asked for an early check in and late check out which were rejected, which I understand, but I also was not permitted to leave my luggage for a few hours before check in or after check out which is really uncommon - as is a 10 am check out which is unusually early. It also causes such a hassle because in addition to traveling to pick up the keys, you then have to find and pay for a place to store your luggage. All of these requests are such a typical part of the travel experience that I found it strange how unaccommodating this host was. Other than that, a good stay in a beautiful neighbourhood.

Appartement poétique, avec sa vue sur les toits en zinc, extrêmement agréable à vivre: nous n’avons pas souffert de la chaleur, lumineux et ventilé grâce aux grandes fenêtres, matériaux agréables ( bois au sol, rideaux en lin…), literie confortable, calme de l’immeuble, quartier vivant. Seule limite: être en pleine possession de ses moyens, pour monter et descendre les 6 étages. Nous avons été heureux de vivre dans cet appartement.
