Great location. Walkable to many metro stations and restaurants. Three grocery stores nearby. Very quiet at night when the windows were open.

The apartment is an amazing neighborhood and safe location with all sorts of shops, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance. There was a bit of trouble with check-in when the keys were not ready at the check-in time, and wifi unavailable the first couple of days but the host was very responsive in helping with both of these issues. There was a nice amount of storage in the apartment as well for clothes. We could have used a few more necessities, like trash bags, and extra TP, but otherwise a wonderful stay!

Great location, great space and apartment. Would highly recommend! No complaints outside of the key/lockbox not being onsite, but not that big of a deal. Also you can’t control this, but should next door have rowdy guests you can hear it all. But I wouldn’t let that deter you from this wonderful stay! I do wish the damage deposit wasn’t so high, I have never encountered that on other properties I have stayed at.

This apartment was a very convenient location! It was clean and tidy. The only issues I felt were that the apartment was very hot with no AC and while the windows were open the street was very loud so it was difficult to sleep. Otherwise, this was a great place to stay and the host was very responsive.

Great location

Amazing location, amazing old and cute building and the bed is comfortable, shower was also good during our stay. There was a fridge, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine. We arrived at night so the host met us to handover the keys, it was perfect for us.

I'll start with the positives: the check-in process was easy and the location, in the Le Marais neighbourhood, was ideal. Unfortunately, the positives end there. When we first arrived, we quickly realized that the bathroom was not stocked with either toilet paper or hand soap. After flagging this for the host, we were informed that we would need to buy these products ourselves and submit a receipt for reimbursement. The cleanliness level was also very poor. It was dusty, the sofa bed was unclean, and after unfolding the provided bed linens, they appeared to be dirty as well. The host advised us that additional sheets were available; however, we were unable to locate them. Throughout our stay, we were repeatedly told they would be provided, but they never were.Another significant issue was that the Wi-Fi did not work, despite being listed as an amenity. The host had us restart the router and try various troubleshooting steps, but we were never able to connect. As a result, we exceeded our eSIM data allowance and had to pay to top it up. Although we were eventually reimbursed for this expense, it was an inconvenience that could have been avoided.While the host was responsive, it quickly became clear that they were not the property owner and were unable to provide key information, such as how to operate the fan or which closet contained the bed linens. This made the numerous issues we experienced even more frustrating.I would not recommend staying here.

A decent stay, apt. is clean, actual is as shown in photos, walkable to everywhere, and grocery store close. A few problems: 1. Couldn’t get TV to work (messaged w/text support for 5 days then gave up), 2. School next door – lots of loud noise (screaming) during recess so if working remotely would be tough – if you’re out sightseeing all day then no problem 3. Management refused to honor my booking agreement w/VRBO (via Expedia) – submitted proof from online booking that I should receive 50% back to cancel or modify my booking before Sept. 4 – they had my digital messaging receipts from Sept. 3 that I requested to shorten (modify) my stay from 6 nights to 5. They violated agreement by not offering me 50% back for the last (canceled) night, so I had to change my plans to stay the last night but it screwed up my itinerary. Very frustrating!

L'appartamento si trova su Rue du Temple, una via affascinante e vivace nel cuore di Parigi. La zona è ricca di carattere, con una bellissima combinazione di charme parigino tradizionale e tanti caffè, boutique e negozi locali nelle vicinanze. È il posto perfetto sia per esplorare la città che per vivere un'esperienza parigina autentica.Si trova a pochi passi dal vivace quartiere del Marais, pieno di gallerie d'arte, bar alla moda e luoghi iconici come Place des Vosges. Inoltre, è vicino a posti fantastici come il Museo Picasso e la splendida Rue de Turenne. Tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno è a portata di mano, rendendo l'appartamento una base fantastica per esplorare Parigi.L'appartamento stesso è carino, accogliente e molto invitante. Tutto è andato liscio durante il soggiorno.

Appartement calme et bien situé Mais le service sur place n'est pas bon. La literie n'est pas confortable; aucun savon ni en salle de bain ni en cuisine. Pas de mode d'emploi pour le wifi ni le téléviseur. Meubles vieillots et en mauvais état. Fauteuils inconfortables. La qualité d'ensemble n'est pas à la hauteur.
