Eine elegante und komfortable Oase der Ruhe um sich vom hektischen Tage ruhen, um dieses historischen und charmanten Nachbarschaft entdecken ... Vielen Dank an alle U-Bahnlinien und Bushaltestelle in der Nähe sind leicht zugänglich für alle Bezirke von Paris und den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten ... Möglichkeit, zwei Nächte in der Nebensaison (nach Absprache mit dem Eigentümer abhängig vom Zeitraum) und Parkplatz zu mieten.

Incredible location, incredible stay

We had a fabulous time in this perfect location in the Marais. The location is safe, really near 2 supermarkets, restaurants and all the shopping you can handle.

Quiet garden studio apartment

This is an ideal studio apartment, which is in the interior of building an is isolated from any street noise. It's a wonderful feeling waking up in the morning and looking out of the large windows into the garden! We hope to stay here again very soon!

Lovely Apartment

We loved this cute little apartment. We stayed in February, so not a lot of green, but the courtyard is full of plants. Carole was an amazing communicater, insuring that we were comfortable arriving and that everything met our needs. She even offered some great reccommendations. This is perfect for a couple. If you are in Paris for sightseeing as well as great food and wine, this is the perfect location. There are so many wonderful restaurants and wine bars withing a ten minute walk. Whole heartedly reccomend!

Clean, great location, comfortable and safe with an amazing host

Highly recommend this apartment and its amazing host Carole, who made staying here a true pleasure. We felt safe and comfortable the entire time. The apartment was clean and tidy with great personality and also attention to detail. It felt like our new home in Paris and we were sad to have to leave it. Location and neighbourhood were excellent. Easy access to bus and metro, also supermarkets, bakery, restaurants and pharmacy. The perfect base to explore from and also retreat to when quiet is needed. We hope to stay here again next time we are in Paris and will recommend it to our friends. We felt very fortunate to have been here and can't wait to return one day.

Nice unit in convenient Paris neighborhood

Very convenient to 3 Metro stations. Close to Place de Vosges and Marais. Well equipped kitchen including dishwasher. Quiet location in courtyard with small semi-private outdoor seating area. Property manager lives 2 doors away and was very helpful. In high summer, unit may be warm as there did not appear to be screens on the windows. Good non-touristy restaurant nearby, Le Petit Commines.

The apartment is in a great area and was perfect for our needs . We fit 3 people comfortably in this small but well designed flat. Carole is delightful and quick to respond to our every need . Carole is an amazing host. She was there to great us and inform us about the apartment. She is also very easy to get a hold on when needed and is a very pleasant person to speak to. The apt. Tranquility in Le Marais

This apartment is situated in a perfect location to explore the Marais. The biggest surprise was the private garden, which made you feel like you were in a quiet haven- nowhere near the heart of Paris. The apartment offers every amenity and Carole is the perfect host! Communication was superb and fun( she graciously helped me to dust off my French) and her guestbooks attest to what a stellar host she is. I was there for a quick break before a work project, and loved sitting in the garden with a glass of wine and studying my music. This was such a special place- it felt immediately like home- just home in Paris! Merçi Carole!

Compact and convenient.Eccentric Elan.

The place was cozy and had a strong body spray shower with more than adequate heat.No AC.May we humbly suggest to owner to put one screened window to allow breeze to enter dwelling on sweltering temps.Abundant foliage helped to cool the area.A number of eccentric characters living in the other apartments-one fellow opens his windows at the crack of down breathing in the morning air in all his naked glory.It all adds to the charm..come and bring curiosity and sense of adventure.

Quiet apartment in the 11th

If you want or need a safe, totally quiet apartment with an excellent bed, excellent shower and a wonderful manager then chose this compact studio in the 11th. The apartment is accurate as listed..our devices all worked. We did not use the outside enclosed terrace due to weather but it would enhance chosing this apartment in warmer weather. It is maybe a 5 minute walk to Metro Line 8 . That line gets you from Bastille to Opera ( and beyond.) The area is walkable...there are 3 cafes within 5 minutes. We did not sample the restaurants enough in our area. However, we did enjoy the nearby vegan breakfast " Lands and Monkeys" As everyone has noted, Carole, the manager, is responsive to any needs!
