Mare Blu Suite is a lovely apartment located on the 3rd and last floor of a building near the historic center of Villasimius, and just 1 km from the sea. From the entrance of the building you can directly access the third floor without having to climb any stairs.

Furnished in a traditional Sardinian yet modern style, it can accommodate up to 4 people, and is provided with air conditioning in all rooms.

The apartment consists of a welcoming living area with: two sofas, tv, sideboard, dining table, and corner kitchen (equipped with fridge, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, oven, and stove).

From the living area you can directly access the large panoramic terrace, furnished with an outdoor dining table (for 6 people), from which you can admire a splendid view over the sea, Villasimius, and the mountains.

The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms with tv, chest of drawers and wardrobe. One bedroom also has direct access to the large panoramic terrace. Lastly you will find a bathroom with shower.

Free parking is available along the street. Pets are not allowed.

Prices and conditions



Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); final cleaning.



Excluded from the price: Linen rental (17.00€ per bedroom - payment in cash upon arrival). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).



Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 700.00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
