Enter into the large open Family Room with fully equipped kitchen, dining to accommodate all your group, relaxing TV area and views to your private outdoor oasis. The retro styled game room offers fun for all with pool and air hockey. Upstairs is a second sitting room with large TV idea for movie nights.

At the end of a relaxing or busy day you will welcome the comfort of the stylish bedrooms.
On the ground floor you will find the Master Suite with King Bed, including ensuite with Shower and separate soaker tub and door to the pool area. The ground floor Queen room is at the front of the home and has an adjacent shower room. Upstairs are 2 king ensuite rooms, 1 king room and 1 Twin room which shares the Jack and Jill ensuite shower room, with lock of vanity areas. The further 2 rooms are Twin rooms and share the family bathroom (tub with shower over) situated between them in their own lobby off the upstairs TV room. All TV’s are Roku - guests can sign in to their favourite streaming services.

Outside you will find your private oasis. The property sits on an oversized lot increasing privacy and distance from Neighbours. It has very large pool area - extended to allow plenty of room for loungers and all day sun, it has a large pool with in ground spa - these can be heated on request. If it gets too warm there is a large covered lanai with fans to keep you cool. All doors to the pool are alarmed and there is also a pool safety fence

the larger drive parks up to 4 depending on size, or roadway parking allowed. CAR PASS up to 5 cars allowed on community - present ID and supplied guest confirmation on arrival for Car pass for entry during your stay.

Our home is pet friendly - dogs only (Max 2) - by prior arrangement. A fee of $100 for the stay is payable. (thorough cleaning takes place after every pet stay to ensure no signs of pets remain for guests without their furry family)

* The damage waiver cover added to every booking covers accidental damage during your stay to a value of $1500

Our wonderful management company, based close by, keeps our home in immaculate condition and are fastidious about cleanliness. Rest assured you wont be disappointed , our home certainly has the wow factor as soon as you enter the door! - as with most of our other guests, we hope you will see that its even better than it looks on the pictures!

The fabulous community pool area has a large beach entry pool - heated to 84 degrees all year round. It has a lazy river and a dedicated children's area with slide. There are umbrellas and sun loungers, a spa and a covered luxury sitting areas for when the sun gets too warm. There is a snack bar with fabulous seating area, with cooling fans in the warm weather and fireplace for cooler times. There is also a Gym if you have any energy left and also a volley ball court. - all this within a few minutes walk of our home and included in your rental rates.

The Parks are very easy to reach - our home is only a few minutes off the 192 and about 15 minutes to Disney, 25 to SeaWorld and about 30 to Universal depending on traffic.

There are two supermarkets within 5 minutes drive, as well as many Restaurants and shopping - on hwy192 and hwy 27

Windsor at Westside

Windsor at Westside Resort – approximately 15 minutes to Disney, 10 minutes to the I4 to Universal, SeaWorld and shopping.

Featuring a fabulous club house, with gym and bar-restaurant. Plenty of Loungers and seating areas, with outdoor fire. There is a lazy river and a children’ pool area with beach access. There are many restaurants nearby and numerous golf courses. There is a gym, Bar and Cafe, and small shop - you can buy your park tickets in the Clubhouse.
Located on Phase II of the gated community, with serene views towards the south and the trees on the edge of the community. It is approximately a 7 minute walk or a 2 minute drive to the Clubhouse.

Looking for restaurants – find lots to choose from on Hwy 92 – less than 5 minutes away. Favourites are Rock and Brew at Margaritaville, Millers, Bahama Breeze, Olive Garden, Cheddars, Cracker Barrell, , and lots more!

Check out Margaritaville on Hwy 192 around a 5 minute drive - with Sunset Walk featuring Dine in Cinema, Shops and Restaurants – also the H2O Waterpark and you can enjoy a Spa Day at the hotel on site.

On Hwy 27, 5 minutes from our home you will find a publix supermarket and IHop, Applebys, Pizza, Thai - a fast routes towards Posner Park Shopping area and on towards the I4 and Tampa, or travel north up to Lake Louisa State Park, Clermont, a lovely lakeside town and the Lakeridge Winery, great for a day out and wine tasting or music weekends.

No Fishing is allowed in the lake, but you can fish at Lake Davenport and other areas closeby
