Dive into the heart of Paris with this 43m2 Lavie Maison property, designed for comfort and convenience. Located in the center of the 10th arrondissement, it boasts chic interiors, modern amenities, as well as a secure private parking for your car. Experience the Parisian lifestyle while enjoying a stay designed for both relaxation and exploration.
In our home, your health and safety come first. We follow an enhanced cleaning protocol, with professional cleaning and strategic disinfection.
The apartment offers an intriguing historic and modern blend; originally an old shop, it has been thoughtfully transformed into a warm and cozy living space. The unique street-facing storefront windows with opaque filters allow for optimum light to penetrate yet provides complete intimacy for the apartment. Perfect for 6 guests, the flat has one sofa bed, two simple beds on each side of a corridor that can transformed into a room, and a snug mezzanine bedroom (90cm/35' in height) which adds charm to its character. It is meticulously equipped with an open kitchen, a spacious living room, and a pristine bathroom to ensure you feel right at home. In addition to this, there is an indoor secure parking spot reserved for the apartment guests only.
Guests have full and private access to the appartement and the private parking spot. It's designed for self-check-in, with the keys securely placed in a lockbox. This system allows guests to arrive at their convenience, irrespective of the hour. Please note, the apartment is on the ground floor, facing the road, which could mean occasional noise in the living room.
Note: The mezzanine bedroom has a very low ceiling: 90cm/35' in height, please consider this when booking.
