Our company carries out electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residence address and tax code, while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residence address to complete the customer registry. The data is mandatory, failure to communicate it following the booking may lead to cancellation on our part, with a penalty for the guest.

Villa sleeps 4/6 - Maximum 4 adults accompanied by 2 children under 12 years of age
The property is on the ground floor and is spread over a single floor for an internal surface area of ​​approximately 55 m2 and an external surface area of ​​approximately 80 m2; it is composed of a living room with dining table, double sofa bed and kitchenette; two large double bedrooms and bathroom with shower. The house is completely fenced and has an external courtyard in front of the house and a large porch equipped for outdoor dining, complete with external kitchenette and external shower. During the high season, you’ll always have a reserved parking space within Residence Orizzonti, just 600 meters from the property. And, with a bit of luck, you might be able to park right in front of the apartment thanks to an extra spot offered by a tenant—super convenient for your holiday! Availability can only be confirmed on the day of arrival. During the low season, parking is free and unrestricted.

Services outside the apartment:

Important Notes:
- minimum age for check-in is 23 years old (aimed at groups of guys)
- the rental must be for a maximum of 4 adults + 2 children under 12 years of age
- check-in in our Agency from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- only small pets allowed, with a €30 cleaning fee
- deposit (mandatory): 300.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
