Villa La Marina is a recently renovated two-storey villa, with swimming pool and panoramic view of the Marina of Porto Cervo. It is located in a convenient residential area close to the beaches of the Costa Smeralda. Designed and furnished to offer maximum comfort in a modern style, with fresh shades of white and navy blue, the villa has three bedrooms, four bathrooms and open-plan living areas. Marble finishes and terracotta floors give character to the bright rooms, which open onto a large terrace with outdoor seating and shaded patio for outdoor dining. The villa is surrounded by a flat garden, bordered by dry stone walls and hedges, with gravel paths, lawn and olive trees. The beaches, boutiques and restaurants are all just a few minutes' drive away. Please note that the house borders another property on one side.

The villa is distributed on two floors, connected by an internal staircase. GROUND FLOOR — Entrance through a pedestrian gate and 14 steps; entrance; living room with large sofa, fireplace and access to the terrace; dining area (two steps lower than the living room); kitchen with access to the outdoor seating area; service bathroom. LOWER GROUND FLOOR — A double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower; a double bedroom (divisible bed) with an additional single bed and access to the garden; a bathroom with shower; a single bedroom; a bathroom with shower (without bidet) and laundry area.
Park:
The fenced garden covers about 450 square meters and is on one level. Meadows, olive trees and oleander hedges frame the gravel paths and terraces that surround the house. The pool area can be reached via an illuminated gravel driveway. A covered patio next to the house houses a dining table. Dry stone walls and high hedges delimit the entire property. N.B.: Please note that the photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.
Pool:
The rectangular pool is located on flat land a few meters from the villa. It measures 9 x 4.5 meters, with a depth varying from 0.50 to 1.60 meters; covered in light blue PVC; salt purification; Roman staircase; internal lighting. The border is in Orosei marble and is surrounded by lawn and gravel. The solarium area is equipped with sun loungers, tables and a large awning. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
