Amazing location, wasn’t noisy at all for being in the midst of things. Right next to the park, cafes, restaurants, so so much within walking distance, we were so happy. The park was great for the kids, we went all the time! And the apartment itself was great. Loved being in a place that had such charm and good taste. Was really happy with the place and would stay again next time we’re in Paris!

Beautiful quiet apartment centrally located to the metro, parks and shops. Highly recommend! If mobility is a concern, I will be note the apartment is at the top floor of the building with no elevator, which is typical in Europe.

Our stay here was delightful. It is a spacious, light filled character apartment with lots of windows for breezes. It also had effective air conditioning in both the living room and the bedrooms. We appreciated having a washing machine as well as good facilities for cooking. It was super well located in a lovely area with cafes, shops, restaurants and several metro stations nearby. Lots of stairs to reach it but really worth the climb!Would truely recommend a stay here.

The unit overall was good - very unique, but nice. It was clean, host communicated timely. AC worked good and kitchen stocked. Suggestions- new shower head needed, we were not told the bedroom wood floor was buckling (couldn’t safely get out of bed on one side). Worked ok for us, but lots of stairs (small steps) to get up several floors - no elevator- did have hand railings so we didn’t feel unsafe.

Beautiful place in a wonderful location. We loved being just a few steps from Place des Vosges. Easy access to public transportation and walkable to great restaurants and sites. The apartment was perfect for our group of 4 friends. The extra half bath (toilet/sink) on the main floor was nice to have.

Great location, lots of space, clean and Orlande was so kind and helpful. She made sure we knew how everything worked and where to find everything within the apartment. We did trip the breaker one day and even though it was a holiday Orlande guided us through how to fix it. Great place to stay! Lots of stairs which added to the charm

Amazing location in the 4th Arr.! While the steps up are a little wonky, the place itself is pretty great for being right in the heart of Paris. We are so close to the Seine and so many amazing places. We are and to drop our luggage off early then head across the intersection for an amazing lunch at Vins des Pyrénées. There are tons of options nearby for boulangerie (we loved Miss Manon), fruit markets, vin shops, and small grocery stores. The upper loft looks down over the sofa beds, so there's not a ton of privacy, but it was fine for a few nights for 6 of us. The kitchen was a decent size too. The only thing that would be nice is if there was more than one set of keys or a lockbox - it made it hard to split up because only one person could only ever get in.

This is a lovely apartment in a great location. We booked it and paid a premium for the aircon. Which is completely necessary in the summer even when it was not a heat wave as it’s on the 3rd floor and in the eaves. We were quite disappointed that one of the room’s aircon was not working and we were not informed in advance and the host did not reply to my messages quickly and has ignored my last messages. The man who let us in indicated it had not been working for some time but not fixed because the place had been fully booked which is not a good enough. This unfortunately did impact our stay as two of our party did not sleep well as they were too hot and if you open the windows the noise from the downstairs bar was significant.Having said all of that it’s a lovely appt.

Our stay was absolutely lovely on 1 Rue de Bastile. This family duplex slept my family of six (four teenagers!), perfectly. We enjoyed the extra bathroom on the main floor for our large group. The flat was well equipped and all appliances, bathroom & room items worked well. The flat was very, very clean. The towels & linens were also very clean! Check in and check out were very smooth- and our host responded quickly through the app. Our host even accommodated a few time change/hiccups we faced- to make our stay better!

Absolutely gorgeous apartment in a lovely part of paris. We wanted to move in! We struggled a little bit with the primary AC but the bedroom was nice and frosty, and opening the windows gave us a lovely cross breeze. Highly recommend!

Felt like a local!

This little apartment in the Le Marais district had so much charm! We had plenty of space to spread out, had everything we needed to get started on our vacation, and steps outside of the apartment were dozens of cafes, shops, and the Metro. It was such a great way to visit a new city! The host was accessible via the VRBO app and was patient with our multiple questions around check-in. Also arranged for us to drop our bags off prior to check-in. Would definitely stay here again!

We we're 6 people in total; a family with adult kids and my mother in law. The location is excellent. Our kids liked the bar downstairs and because of the good windowns it was not loud at all. The flat is very big and well equipped. The only thing we missed were a few mugs. As mentioned in the ad, it is very open and airy. If you need privacy, there is 1 lockable room. And the stairs were handable also for my 84 year old mother in law. We appreciated the view overlooking the street and the small balcony. We felt very much at home. Thanks for having us.
