The living room features a big, comfy sofa and a wide-screen smart TV to watch your favourite shows through multiple streaming options. Additionally, it boasts a balcony, where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the city.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, a microwave and a dining table for four people. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The two bedrooms have a double bed, each with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The two bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Caniço is a charming coastal town located on the Portuguese island of Madeira, part of the municipality of Santa Cruz. It is known for its picturesque landscapes, mild climate, and proximity to the island's capital, Funchal, only a short drive away. This allows residents and visitors easy access to Funchal's cultural attractions, shopping, dining, and entertainment options.

Caniço is perched on the cliffs overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, offering breathtaking coastal views and dramatic landscapes. The town's elevated location provides a unique perspective of the surrounding seascape.

Due to its coastal location, it offers various water activities such as snorkelling, scuba diving, and swimming. The crystal-clear waters of the Atlantic Ocean are perfect for exploring underwater life.

Caniço is surrounded by lush greenery and natural beauty, including the Laurissilva Forest, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, one of the last surviving laurel forests in the world. Nature enthusiasts can explore numerous hiking trails and enjoy the island's diverse flora and fauna.
Ponte dos Judeus, a historic bridge known as the "Jews' Bridge," is a notable landmark in Caniço. A stone arch bridge crosses a ravine, offering scenic views of the natural surroundings.

Caniço and Madeira, in general, are known for their delicious cuisine. Visitors can savour fresh seafood, regional dishes like Espetada (skewered beef) and traditional Madeiran wines.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, Caniço Shopping, is just a 2-minute walk.

Madeira Airport International Cristiano Ronaldo is a 12-minute drive from the property.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
