Little Cottage was originally a fifteenth century Fisherman’s cottage overlooking Praa Sands beach, designed by award winning architect Alex Michaelis, and was designed to maximise the incredible sea views from all the living spaces, bedrooms, and bathrooms.

Little Cottage accepts a maximum of 10 adults and 2 children under the age of 16 years old

Up to 2 pets accepted, £30 charge per pet per week

£500 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no claim. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.
